This charming stone house can accommodate up to 8 people and is the ideal setting for a vacation with family or friends. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the authentic charm of this tastefully decorated home. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. You can enjoy the pool to cool off on hot summer days. Inside, the living areas are spacious, allowing everyone to find their own quiet corner or gather together for fun times. Located near the village of Saint Cirgues, the cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the local attractions: hikes, cultural tours, or culinary getaways. Visit the charming surrounding medieval villages, rich in history and picturesque architecture. Enjoy water activities on the local rivers, ideal for canoeing and fishing... Two-story vacation rental. Parking for 4 cars. Enclosed property with a pool (8x4, secured with a bar-style cover and an automatic restart alarm), a terrace, and beehives nearby. Entryway leading to a living room (TV, wood-burning stove) and a kitchen/dining room opening onto the terrace. Laundry room (washer/dryer). 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed (one has a loft sleeping area—less than 1.40m high with a single bed). Bathroom (shower and bathtub), toilet (grab bar and shower seat), separate toilet with sink. Upstairs, children’s play area on the mezzanine. 2 attic bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x200 beds. Bathroom with toilet. Petanque court; balls available upon request. Sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, and oil-fired heating (flat rate) are optional. Bath linens included. Electricity is charged extra based on meter readings for usage exceeding 8 kWh/day (included). Heating is charged extra based on boiler meter readings. Air conditioning upstairs.
