(Text automatically translated) Very quiet, the house is located in the heart of the countryside near a very busy little town road leading to the village of Fons.Emplacement ideally located for a perfect rest day or night. Fully renovated in 2004, interior and exterior exposed stone, neat decoration with all the comforts of a cottage 3 stars for a good stay. Region very many tourist sites to visit Rocamadour (2nd site in France), Cahors, St Cirq, the Padirac, Figeac, Conques ... and many small villages with stone houses just as attractive as each other to visit without getting tired. A 1H 30 minutes from the Dordogne valley and 2:00 Gorges du Tarn, two beautiful places to remember. Inground pool 8.60 meters x 4.10 meters with wooden beaches (10 sunny in the morning till evening). Two systems of security: alarm and barrier protection with a single access keyed by a padlock. No other person that you do not share the access to the pool.

Lovely peaceful place.

We had a lovely peaceful holiday at this property. It’s in beautiful surroundings and close to some lovely villages. The swimming pool is a great place to laze away the day. We had a great two weeks here.

A rural oasis

A lovely rural oasis of peace and quiet. Fantastic pool which the kids loved and they also enjoyed chatting with the chickens and ducks! Loved the terrace, and BBQed most days on the handy gas bbq. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Beautiful old farmhouse

Beautiful house in the countryside with everything you need for a perfect stay except for the weather in our case which was either pouring with rain or freezing cold which meant we couldn't.make Use of the pool which.was the main reason for our visit. Obviously can't control the weather and everything else was great especially the ducks and chickens.

Lot/Aveyron/Cantal découverte

Super intégrés par les propriétaires qui nous emmenés au derby de rugby local des équipes de Figeac contre Montluçon en 16 eme de finale. Puis à un restaurant typique du coin. Tout est fabuleux en ce gîte traditionnel sans chichi mais tout de même très fonctionnel pour les équipements de cuisine., Un seul regret : temp du départ un peu humide et froid mais soleil les 5 derniers jours ; et tant de chaleur humaine . Que du bonheur ! Pierre HERVOIL

Lovely little cottage from 1710 with a beautiful pool.

Old cottage which has been renovated and updated. Two bedrooms upstairs with a shower room and separate toilet. Downstairs is a good kitchen and sitting/dining room. Oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher all quite new and a large and powerful fridge. The washing machine is in the boiler room downstairs, and is basic but works well. There is only one door to the cottage, so you have to walk round to the super pool (one of the best we have had) which is really clean and never seems to get much in the way of leaves or flies. There are a nice brood of hens on site, with a very polite cockerel who crows very quietly in the mornings. It makes it very homely. If you are a bird watcher the garden also boasts a Hoopoe and Nuthatches. Owners very friendly and super helpful. They contacted the local Mairie and emailed us all the information so we could watch the Tour de France. They also left us some home grown produce to see us through the first day, and told us about a secret bakery in Reyrevignes, that we would not have found without them (best bread I have ever tasted too). Be sure to clarify if you need sheets and towels when you book.

Nous avons loué 2 semaines cet été et avons adoré cette maison pour la qualité des prestations, l'adéquation avec le descriptif de l'annonce, le calme absolu, la localisation géographique (près de Figeac, proche de la vallée du Célé, de celle du Lot, du gouffre de Padirac, des grottes de Pech Merle, etc.) et surtout la gentillesse des hôtes. A recommander !

"Nous avons passés en juillet 2009 à 5 (2 adultes, 3 enfants de 11 à 16 ans) d'excellentes vacances dans cette très agréable maison. Accueil très sympathique, maison de grand charme, tranquilité absolue et piscine très, très plaisante. Beaucoup de sites à voir dans la région...mais il faut se résoudre à quitter la piscine!"
