On the first floor, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric heating on the first floor. On the ground floor: games room, table tennis, badminton, darts, petanque, trampoline, swimming pool volleyball, children's playground, board games for young and old, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), shower and toilet. On a flowered ground of 6000m², private swimming pool (16x5) double secured, terrace around the pool with sunbathing. Possibility to learn to swim with a state-qualified swimming instructor.
