Two-room renovated apartment on the 1st floor of a residence (without lift) near the center of Morzine (exhibition SSud-Est / Sud-Ouest) with a surface of 33 m², it includes:

Living room sitting room: new pull-out sofa bed for two people (purchased in September 2020),d, television, wood floor. Access balcony / large terrace with garden furniture (Pleney and south hillside view)

BEDROOM: 1 double bed, shelves, built-in wardrobe, wood floor. Balcony access

Great if you're not fussy and need somewhere to sleep after skiing. Close to Morzine centre and the Super Morzine gondola.Pros:- Exactly like the listing photos- Great kitchen/dining space- Incredible wrap-around and south facing balconies- Good location- Discounted lift ticketsCons:- No/limited essentials provided (1 toilet roll, sponge etc., no cooking ingredients)- Expected to do full cleaning unless an additional charge paid- booking and deposit handled by a third party who pass on to another third party local agency- Bed linen and towels charged at an extra 20 euros per person and paid off of the Vrbo site- key collection from local agency approx 15 minutes walk from apartment
