Beautiful location. Well equipped apartment. Spacious with everything you need! Great communication from host - in Morzine so easy to get to bus and cafes etc. 5 stars!!

Fantastic location

Great location and layout of the flat. Ideal for cycling with the garage downstairs for bikes. Lovely helpful owner who met us on our arrival. Some of the apartment is a little tired and could do with some updates

Amazing location and great size

Location was perfectly between the super morzine and pleney lifts. Great size appartment with all amenities you could need. Owner was friendly and responsive, great communication. Would love to stay here again!

Another great stay at Le Schuss

A long weekend mountain biking in Morzine and Les Gets and you can’t really get a better placed apartment. The underground garage behind two sets of locked doors makes for excellent secure bike storage and you roll out of the garage, 200m down the road and on to the uplifts! Perfect! Rosie, the host, is great too; easy communication and everything is simple.

Excellent location

Rosie’s apartment was perfect walking distance to both lifts and all the stores and restaurants one would need. It’s clean, cozy and has a great view. While there was a bit of noise from the street, it never bothered us as we sleep with white noise. Rosie is a kind a responsive host. I would welcome her in my home and hope to visit again to stay here or at her 3 bedroom unit if more family come with me. We enjoyed that the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen and living spaces. Thanks for a wonderful week in the Alps!

MTB in Morzine

An amazing location situated in-between super morzine and le plenty,both lifts are a 2 minute ride away. The accommodation has everything, comfy beds, dishwasher,washing machine and beautiful views. Access to a half garage meant our bikes were safely locked away. Will definitely be wanting to return.

Amazing find for MTB long weekend!

I've been to Morzine about a dozen times for skiing and mountain biking but haven't been lucky enough to stay in such a great position; less than a couple of hundred metres or so to both Plenny and Super Morzine lifts; a very short walk to some great bars and restaurants to wind down afterwards. Secure bike storage (and noticed there are ski lockers) was a great plus as was off street parking. Four of stayed here and there was plenty of space. Separate WC from the bathroom helped and the kitchen had all we needed for a quick breakfast before dashing out the door on to the mountains! Will defintely try to book again.

C’est la 2ème fois que nous venons car l’appartement est spacieux, propre avec une belle vue. Il faudra simplement prévoir le renouvellement des casseroles et poêles qui sont usées.

De woning is gelegen op een druk punt waar veel auto's voorbij komen, ook in de vroege ochtend. Verder alles heel fijn, met goede instructies vooraf. Het appartement is comfortabel, de keuken is prima en is goed voorzien van bestek, ovenschalen, glazen etc. Fijn ook dat er twee goede ovens zijn.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im Ort sehr zentral, aber leider an einer Durchfahrtsstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Cafes, Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt, so dass man das Auto kaum benötigt. Zu beiden Liften sind es nicht mal gemütliche 5 min. Fußweg. Zum Wandern und Mountainbiken ist die Lage ideal.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique. Il est joliment décoré et équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le seul bémol (mais nous le connaissions pour avoir loué pendant des années l'appartement au-dessus) c'est le bruit. Il faudrait au moins remplacer les fenêtres et les volets des chambres car on entend beaucoup la circulation automobile et le bar du rez de chaussée. Cela reste quand-même pour nous une excellente adresse car l'emplacement est idéal pour aller skier et se promener dans Morzine.

nuits calmes s’abstenir

les + : appartement proche centre ville, remontée mécanique du pleney à proximité et navettes gratuites. bonne literie. les - : appartement très mal insonorisé, donnant sur route très passante toute la journée et nuit, de plus au dessus d'un restaurant ouvert de 16h à minuit. Grande chambre avec porte donnant accès sur balcon non insonorisée. (nuits bruyantes), linge de lit non adapté à la literie. Petite chambre simple vitrage. Aspirateur non vidé depuis plusieurs mois!!! Poussières (mouton) sous les radiateurs de la salle à manger.

Stunning apartment in central Morzine!

What a great location and such a comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to all ski lifts and the life of Morzine. Rosie was so communicative and easy to get information from. Really recommend this lovely place to stay!

We live in the area full-time, so enjoy being able to meet guests in person during their stay. We have been successfully renting our first apartment there since 2012 and now have three apartments close to each other. Morzine is a lively traditional alpine village with huge appeal both for snow sports in winter and alpine activities in summer. The air is clear, the views spectacular and there are endless things to do.
