With an area of 50 m 2, it has a bedroom with plenty of storage and can accommodate up to four people.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities.

## Logement
Warm and well-appointed, this chalet is fully equipped and includes:
- One bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed;
- A bathroom with shower and separate toilet;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A living room with a 160 cm sofa bed to relax on after a day out;
- A terrace equipped and a 400 m² garden;
- And a driveway with space for two or three cars.
You'll have everything you need for a great stay, including: hairdryer, iron, barbecue, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer, and more.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the strong points of this chalet is its location:
- In a peaceful natural setting with incredible views;
- In the village of Les Bois au Praz, 5/10 minutes' drive from Chamonix.
- A 10-minute walk from the Flégère ski lifts, the starting point for many hikes, including the one to Lac Blanc in summer.
- A 2-minute walk from the charming hotel-restaurant La Prairie, which serves delicious crepes and ice creams in its garden.
- Close to hiking trails
- Only a 10-minute walk from Les Praz train station if you don't have a car
- In winter, a shuttle bus runs past the chalet to take you directly to the bottom of the Flégère ski lifts.
For your daily needs, you'll find supermarkets in Chamonix (Super U or Carrefour market) or Argentiere (Super U) 8 minutes away by car.

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix, is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
