Best skiing holidays ever

The house is amazing, made with love in detail, made completly out of wood, very cosy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is very sympatic.

Chamonix running and drinking ;)

Very friendly and simple check-in (just knocking on the door and my name was asked :)). The Hut was very nice decorated and fitted perfectly for us. Great view from the dinner/breakfast table.

Lovely chalet in Chamonix.

Amazing chalet in Chamonix sud, next to the hospital. Next to the bus stop and 10mins walk into Chamonix or train stop. Great space and very authentic alpine chalet. Really warm and cosy. Owner is friendly and available if needed. We would definitely use it again for a Chamonix visit.

Lovely weekend break

We had a lovely stay at this cabin. Patrice was very quick to answer any questions we had before the stay, and the cabin itself was basic but very clean and ideal location to walk into the centre of Chamonix/ to the ski lifts. However, I would say we were originally planning on coming with another couple, but were very glad we didn't - the second bedroom is very small (almost a mattress in a cupboard and outside the main chalet so very cold), so the chalet was a perfect size for 2 people and we had plenty of space, but I would not recommend booking for 4 people. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and the chalet was perfect for what we needed.

Quiet location with great views

Friendly hosts, great outdoor space to eat in the shaded garden. Upstairs bedroom is via stairs that might not suit some. Downstairs bedroom with mattress on floor most suited for younger guests.Close to good transit, and easy walk into town. We had a happy week here.

Close to everything but still very private

Great little place for 3 or 4 people. We had a long term stay and everything was wonderful. The bus and train stops are very close and make it convenient to get to all services. Downtown Chamonix is also a very easy 15 minute walk. The house is full of unique character and very whimsical. There's a very nice outdoor seating area with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back to try it during the winter.

Cozy comfy chalet close to chamonix center

Patricio is an amazing host and the chalet is super cozy and cute. It's completely made of wood with extra room to store skii equipments outside the living area. The place has a good kitchen and full bathroom. The only struggle was that the wifi was really slow. So if you are planning to work or use wifi, find a cafe. I will definitely stay here again.

Incredible authentic French chalet

Patrice’s place is one-of-a-kind. Staying here was one of the highlights of the whole trip for my group. The location is great as it is just far enough out of the city to feel quiet and quaint (20 min walk to Chamonix center) but right across the street from a bus stop, 5 min walk to a great bakery, and 10 min walk to Aguile de Midi and main busses from the airport. Patrice was so friendly and accommodating. Only thing to note is the staircase up to the main bedroom would be a little tricky for an older person (my group didn’t have an issue)

Cool chalet made of wood

We had a cozy stay at the Cuignet’s within walking distance of Chamonix, l’Aguille du midi, a bakery and grocery store. Uniquely decorated and well appointed. Stairs to main bedroom difficult but we got used to them. Our older kids were happy in the small bedroom downstairs. It was well worth it to stay there - the views from the windows of the mountains were magnificent. We rarely needed our car. I would stay there again. Thank you Patrice!

Magnifique !!! Merci Patrice pour votre accueil chaleureux.Tout était parfait. Le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. L'environnement est superbe et nous avons apprécié particulièrement le petit jardin attenant au chalet. Bravo pour la décoration, on se sent chez soi. Ce chalet très cosy est situé dans un écrin de verdure et au calme. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et recommandons vivement cette très belle location. Ne changez rien Patrice. C'est parfait !!!
