Relax in this completely new, unique and quiet accommodation This house is 10 minutes from the Haras du Pin and Argentan. Back in the evening, you will appreciate the peace and quiet of the place. You will enjoy the terrace and its 180 degree view of the Normandy hills.
My accommodation is completely new and restored with quality materials and decoration. It is composed of a living room of approximately 35 m 2 in which you will have the pleasure of finding a living room and its two leather sofas, a very pretty kitchen, a dining area and a cocooning corner near the wood stove. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a toilet equipped with a shower head, a washbasin cabinet and its mirror. The upper floor is attic and gives way to a small mezzanine in which is the single bed and a small bedroom in the attic where is the double bed. The floor of the accommodation and the terrace are tiled with travertine and the upper floor is in solid parquet. On the terrace you will have at your disposal deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue. €67 per night plus €20 per night for the third person and €40 cleaning fee for the stay. Minimum 2 nights. The accommodation is not suitable for children (dangerous garage descent).
