Come and stay at the foot of the magnificent Ferret lighthouse, in an authentic house with the typical architecture of the old dwellings of the basin. Recently renovated, it combines the charm of the existing structure with the comfort of modern amenities and the elegance of contemporary furniture. Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, this house is ideal for family holidays or trips with friends.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the living area featuring a large living room with a television, ideal for relaxing in front of a film or sporting event. Right next to it is the fully equipped open kitchen. You will find: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a food processor, a kettle and a toaster. A beautiful wooden table will allow you to share convivial meals.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower and WC

Bedroom 2: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and private access to a bathroom with bathtub

Bedroom 3: has 1 King size bed (180 x 200) and 1 single bed

Bedroom 4: has 1 Queen size bed (160 x 200) and 2 sleeping spaces in bunk beds



The house also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, accessible in common, as well as an independent toilet. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.



For greater comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned.



Outside, you will enjoy a landscaped area with all the necessary furniture to relax and have your meals in the sun, around a barbecue or a plancha.



To park, you will be able to park up to 2 vehicles directly on the plot.
