Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that this unit did not meet your expectations, especially after having such a wonderful experience in another unit just a few weeks earlier. Cleanliness is extremely important, and we apologize for the stained carpeting, dishes and glasses that did not appear clean, and the limited shampoo and soap provided. That is not the experience we want for our guests, and your comments will be shared with our housekeeping team, management team, and the unit owner for review. We understand how disappointing it is when one stay does not match the quality of a previous visit, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify where immediate attention and improvements are needed for future guests.

Thank you so much for sharing this review. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the great location right by the drawbridge and that you had a great stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the coffee and filters. We’re glad that was a nice surprise, and we’ll look at updating the amenities list so future guests know it’s provided. Thank you as well for the helpful note about the layout with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. That’s great feedback, and we’ll make sure the listing description highlights this more clearly so guests can choose the best fit for their group. Thanks again for staying with us. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.
