Enjoy a stay in this recently redecorated two-bedroom waterfront condo—perfect for a relaxing getaway in downtown Charlevoix. This inviting unit features a main bedroom with a king-size bed and a loft bedroom with an additional king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms, including one with a walk-in shower for added convenience. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

The open-concept living space offers a full kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, four-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The layout provides a comfortable and functional setting for gathering, dining, and unwinding.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy scenic waterfront views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal place to relax and take in the surroundings.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. Comfortable Stay

We found this condo very comfortable for our family of 4. It was updated and clean, had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, and the fireplace was a real treat in the rainy cold March weather. The upstairs loft has a door so we all had privacy. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the balcony rocking chairs with view of the water.

Awesome stay

My aunt and I stayed at the condo for a wedding at Shanahan's Barn. The condo was in an awesome location. It was a 7 minute drive to the barn. Very friendly at check in. I would recommend this place to people.

Nice place! No laundry…

My family stayed here for 5 days. The unit was beautiful and clean. We had a great view of the draw bridge and the channel. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was dated and in need of repair. The building boasts two guest laundry rooms, however none of the wash machines or dyers were working at the time of our stay. Had we been aware of this, we would’ve packed more clothes knowing we couldn’t do any wash. The staff was pleasant and helpful for the most part. Overall, a pleasant experience with minor inconveniences.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come to Charlevoix almost yearly and love to stay at the Edgewater. Love the location. Our first time in 358. It was very nice. Only complaint is we would have liked two more outdoor chairs. The unit accommodates 4 people but there are only 2 outdoor chairs!? Even fold up chairs. Carpet is pretty dated as well. Sky light is a popular bird landing spot in the upstairs bedroom. Kind of gross. Minor things but overall very nice.
