If you like hiking, please challenge the Ha Ling Peak. We once reached the peak by taking three hours from the trial in the back of the mountain.

Boating in Lake Minnewanka in the summer is very nice. This glacial lake located in the eastern area of Banff National Park is the longest and deepest lake in the park.

If you like ice climbing in the winter, Johnson Canyon is one of many places to go.

Our most favor winter sport is downhill ski at the ski resorts of Sunshine, Lake Louise and Kicking Horse with 30, 60, 90 minutes driving distance, respectively.

Riding to the top of Sulphur Mountain by Gondola or hiking to the top, you can overview spectacular rocky mountains and the Town of Banff.

Bring your skates and discover Canmore`s Pond for a wonderful family time.

Horseback riding, water rafting in the Bow Valley, and walking on an ancient glacier (Icefield Parkway), and much more, you will love these all.

3. No extra guests allowed to stay overnight other than registered on the reservation;
4. No drug activities inside the unit;
5. No candles allowed except for a quick birthday cake (blow down);
6. Quiet time is 10:00 PM, if any noise complaints from neighbors, a big fine will be issued by the security or condo or RCMP as per by-law or may be evacuated by Airbnb.

We had so much FUN! Frank was great and easy to communicate with via cell phone. The room was clean and the back patio nice to sit out on. We could walk to some of the restaurants we wanted to go to which was awesome, and less than 5 mins to drive to the downtown. Overall a great time!!

This is one of a unique property I have enjoyed for the past months of summer I have been travelling. Frank is amazing has excellent communication skills and strategy. The rooms and the environment so quite and comfortable. Accessible at every point in time with the surrounding and most of all the security and safeness . I can’t wait to have a return . My wife and my self enjoyed every bit of the comfort . I recommend this property yo any one hoping for a visit over there . Pricing just moderate

We enjoyed our stay.

The balcony is very nice but it is not far from the main highway so be ready for some street noise. It has windows which let in nice light and air. Also, there is a fan over the comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. There is a good size refrigerator and stove but the sink with water is on the other end of the apartment. It’s awkward. It’s a very tight space. It’s hard to get past the table to reach the bed or the refrigerator. Also there’s not really any storage for clothes or groceries. It would be a bit difficult to stay a week or so and cook and be organized. That being said, it was ok for three nights without cooking and the price was good for the area I think. The most important thing to me was it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was light and ventilation.

We are professional engineers, we do like to work for public and also like mountains and rivers and we have spent lots of weekends hiking around Banff and Canmore area. In 2019, one idea came to us: "why do not we purchase few hotel condos for our weekends and host some quality guests during vacant periods?" We made it.

We are willing to host friendly and respectful guests who are seeking for wonderful and memorable holidays in Banff and Canmore area. We will do my best to make every guest stay comfortable as home.

We would request all the guests not to ware outdoor shoes inside the unit and not bring outdoor sporting equipment inside as well such as snowboards, snowshoes, skis and so on.

Most importantly, this unit is PET FREE unit, we expect the guests follow this extremely important rule as some of the guests are allergic to pets and they booked this unit specifically due to the pet free policy. Let's work together and create a friendly environment for everyone and not to hurt others.

Party is encouraged, why not, eh? but please do not bring foods and drinks to the bedrooms.
