1) the base rate is based on double occupancy. Extra guests will be assessed a $25/extra guest/night fee.
2)Ski boots, ski poles, skis, snowboards are NOT allowed in the unit as they may damage the floors and the interior walls.
3) DO NOT provide a Parks Canada pass. The Discovery Pass is nontransferable and the Park Staff have been clamping down on unsigned passes in the town of Banff and Lake Louise. It is a violation of the terms and conditions to share a pass

We are drawn to the Canmore area for its scenic beauty and fun activities. Hiking, skiing, mountain biking makes it a year round destination for an active family. Excellent restaurants and great microbreweries make the wind-down after a hard day out on the trail relaxing and soothing. Being downtown means you don't have to get in your car after dinner. Rather, a walk back to the apartment with views of the mountains brings magic to your stay.
