The single-storey apartment is located in a beautifully maintained Mediterranean complex with one-story houses and a large community pool and an outdoor shower. There is a separate flat children's area for our little guests.
There are enough umbrellas and loungers.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
The kitchen is bright and modern and fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. In the adjacent utility room you will find the washing machine and drying facilities.
The daylight bathroom has a separate shower, sink and toilet. Storage options are available as well as a hair dryer.
From the large living and dining room, equipped with satellite TV flat screen, radio and CD player, you have direct access to the terrace with a wonderful view of the pool.
You can access the internet via a wifi network.
In the summer months this is the ideal place to start the day with an extensive breakfast or to end the day with a nice glass of wine in the evening.
But you don't need to put off the cool evenings either, because the apartment is equipped with modern infrared heating with room-controlled thermostats.
So here you will find the ideal place to relax in every season.
The provision of bed linen and towels is also included in the rental price, as is the use of the washing machine and the final cleaning.
The rental price includes electricity consumption in the high and low season of 15KWh / day, in the low season of 17KWh / day and in the winter season of 20KWh / day. Any additional consumption will be charged at € 0.30 / KWh and will be retained from the deposit.

The quiet residential complex is ideally located in a side street but still central in Cala Ratjada. It is only a few meters to the nearest supermarket, which is open all year round. Many restaurants, cafés and a pharmacy are also in the immediate vicinity.
The largest beach of Cala Ratjada, Cala Agulla, can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The harbor with many well-known restaurants, cafés and bars can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

-The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smokers can use the terrace.
-The deposit is € 200 and is payable with the final payment of the booking. The refund will be made within one week of departure.
- In the high season a booking is only possible on a weekly basis, the arrival and departure day is Sunday
