Spend your holidays in a quiet house and terrace, 2 steps from the cycle paths, the daily market every morning, the night market (Tuesday evenings in high season), all shops (bakery, tobacconist, supermarket, restaurants) and the incredible PARC DES PRES VALET with its new SKATE PARC for the pleasure of children and teenagers, its PLAYGROUND for the little ones and its GUINGUETTE to eat, stroll in the shade or spend musical evenings (see photos in the ad).
By bike you can discover the beaches and places to visit in the North of the Island as well as the lively city of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron and its fishing port of La Cotinière.
You will be seduced by the decoration of the house, inspired by the dunes of Oléron.
The house benefits from a level of equipment allowing comfortable stays with family or friends.
It is located on a traditional "Canton" of Oléron, a set of houses overlooking a common courtyard, where life is organised for the respect and well-being of all its inhabitants.

Très bonne communication avec l'hôte.Logement conforme à l'annonce. Juste quelques soucis d'accès à internet et peu de chaînes de télévision.Nous regrettons juste la dimension du lit en 140.Le plus : le marché chaque matin à 100m du logement et la facilité pour se garer.
