we have lived in this apartment (main residence) for 20 years. Now we are retired. We therefore decided to put our apartment up for seasonal rental depending on our availability.
SOME PRECISIONS:

THE APARTMENT
3-room apartment located on the 5th floor with elevator. very well inhabited co-ownership, very quiet and secure.
living room with dining area, fully equipped US kitchen.
south facing terrace where you can eat. equipped with an electric blind.
bedroom 1 with a large 160 bed (2 people)
bedroom 2 with 1 single bed 90 and a comfortable extra bed 90.
living room with a convertible sofa.
a bathroom with toilet
a bathroom with washing machine and dryer
a separate toilet.
all rooms are air-conditioned and the windows and French doors are equipped with electrically operated roller shutters.

THE LOCATION
in the very center of Nice, 50 meters from Place Massena and opposite Galeries Lafayette.
all the main centers of interest can be visited on foot: OLD NICE, COURS SALEYA, OPERA,
COULEE VERTE, COULEE VERTE PARK, BELVEDERE DU CHATEAU (waterfall and breathtaking view of the Bay of Angels), PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS and BEACHES, PORT LYMPIA,
PLACE GARIBALDI and the PETIT MARAIS NICOIS...

FOOD:
the SALEYA and LIBERATION markets

To me, the most important attributes in a vacation rental are security and location. This roomy apartment is located in a beautiful old bldg with elevator and multiple locks. The Massena location makes for an easy walk to Old Town. Flat is surrounded by cafes and shopping.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. The only minus in the flat was the occasional smell from the bathroom drains, otherwise we loved it

A short break

Excellent hosts. Good sized apartment, aircon and a terrace were nice to have. A little bit noisy from building work across the street, but only during the day, when we were mainly out and about. Great location for Old Town, beach, shopping, tram and train.
