Boasting a prime location right on a stretch of private beach, this comfy and convenient one-bedroom home is the ideal setting for a fun vacation to the Gulf of Mexico! Inside, you'll find the home appointed with a TV, a private washer and dryer, central AC and two ceiling fans, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table that seats four, and even High-speed WiFi for remote workers and online students! Enjoy al-fresco meals out on the furnished patio then head out for a day along the shoreline. Come back to spritz away the sand via the outdoor shower. After visiting the community gym, go for a refreshing swim in the shared pool located on the ground level facing the gulf.

Ground Floor for Life!

Ground floor is where it’s at!! I wondered how we would like it, but I don’t know if I would ever go up again! It was nice to just hop in the pool, or have our kids (adolescents) swim while we will cooked! Also super convenient for beach gear storage!

amazing condo on the beach

This condo was great! My husband and I, along with our 1 year old, stayed in the condo. We used the room with the bunk beds in it as our 1 year old's room and had our own pack n play for him to sleep in. The master bed was very comfy. In the closet of the master room, there is a vacuum, fan, and other things that may be needed during your stay. In the kitchen, there are dishes you can use which came in handy. There's a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. They give you some dishwasher detergent and and laundry detergent. One thing that kinda threw us off but really came in handy is that the condo entrance is in the pool area. We actually ended up enjoying this because when our 1 year old was taking a nap, we were within walking distance at the pool and had the baby monitor to listen. We also enjoyed it because we didn't have to load stuff in the elevator just to go to the beach. We walked out the door, went around the pool, and straight to the beach. 10/10 recommend this condo if you have young children!

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved that the room was located on the ground floor so close to the pool. It was so easy to not have to carry all our beach stuff up to a room. I really wish it would have been in description of room that there was only one A/C unit located in the living room. There was fans located in the closet which we used to move air all around unit, so it never got really hot but at night we would have liked to be cooler.

Cozy and Comfortable with Amazing View!

Absolutely loved staying in this home. Upon arrival the home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very easy to connect with the internet and it worked great for streaming and work. No issues! Local team was amazing and made sure everything was perfect for our stay! Kudos to the local team, they are amazing!

Would not recommend this particular room to anyone, the room was clean and location and view were very good but that’s it.Room is right by the pool with pool deck being only entrance, no railings for seperation from pool deck it’s the only shade so other people thought it went with the pool, we first got there people were in the chairs and on the deck that goes with the room with kids we tried not to lock the door so they could just walk out to the pool because the lock was tricky to lock and unlock, but we literally had people walk directly in on us thinking it was the bathroom so we had to start locking it but they would still try come in they would move loungers from the pool deck and put right by our door if it would have been possible would have ask for refund and found something else,Vacasa doesn’t disclose all information in description until after you have paid especially about the pool deck being the only entrance

September - October 2023 Weekend Getaway

Location was perfect! Room was very clean! We only encountered two minor problems: 1) The door had to be constantly "fiddled with" in order to lock it and 2) The TV internet remote and/or Cox receiver were not very responsive. The remote had to be clicked several times in order to select a channel. I replaced batteries in remote, but that didn't help. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay. Also the instructions for how to leave the property were not received until after we had checked out. However, we did everything except strip the bed.

Good place bad check in.

The check in sucked I was told to come to this address of the room and I had no way to get in the room. So I called the hot line and waited and waited then I was given a code to lock box half a mile away and was told that's were I had to get me key. It would have been nice to know what before I went to the room and unloaded all my stuff. So after I drove a mile when I got to my room for the 2nd time it was the wrong key. So now I had to drive back to the place with the lock box and knocked on the door till so extremely nice and professional maintenance men let me in. (They were about to go home for the day if I had been 15 minutes later I don't know what I would have done I may not have gotten in my room at all) I told them and they called someone who had the correct key and they told me wait so I stood around waiting talking with the nice men. Then the maintenance men called back because how long we had waited and then told me to just go to my room somebody would meet me so I drove back to my room for the 3rd time. Some lady showed up and spent 15min trying to get the key to work she couldn't even get in the room. I was about to just go back home!!! We finally got it on locked. So after all the I was finally in our room. The room is what I expected it looked like the pictures and everything was clean but the check in was horrible.

Beach vacation

The location was great and the property was amazing. Being right by the pool and beachfront was very convenient with a smaller child. The area was great because we could walk across the street for food and coffee. We had an issue with locking the door on the property, but management got there extremely quickly to resolve the issue and teach us how to operate the tricky lock. We will definitely be staying again!

It’s a 5! For most ☺️

Condo, pool, walkway to sandy beach! The location could not have been better! The door lock can be tricky if you’re not use to pulling the handle up before turning the key to lock. (We were not, took 30+ minutes to figure out) walked in and almost fell on my butt, very sandy still on the tiles (I’m sure it’s hard to get completely sand free) bunk bed mattresses were way more comfortable than the main bedroom mattress. It was a 5 overall! Just wanted to point out a few things that might feel stressful.

Condo=Good, Customer Service=Thumbs Down

We arrived and tried to get into our condo, but there was no packet at the Vacasa lockbox. 2 hours later, the housekeeping lady (the only person we got to speak with) dropped off keys at the lockbox. We were supposed to get a call from someone the next day, but didn't. We had no instructions or parking pass. Luckily we didn't get in trouble for that! The condo was nice and clean (hot water stopped working one night). It is located right in front of the pool area, which is nice, but the doors to the public restrooms slam loudly. Someone needs to fix them to close all the way and quietly. They need to add a real table outside to be able to sit and eat while enjoying the view. I'm not sure who was responsible for the packet mix-up, but they needed to comp us something for our time lost and inconvenience. I'm going back to this same resort in July and hopefully they will have their act together by then!

Vacasa failed on communication, condo needed cleaning

Location of this condo is good but it's outdated, as is the property. The layout is terrible. Only one way out if there's a fire you could be trapped- seems very unsafe. We had the worst check in ever!! The code they texted us didn't work then we found out that we had to pick up keys from a completely different location. The Vacasa manager was supposed to call us and never did. The unit wasn't very clean. We cleaned the ceiling fan blades and the stove. The patio is literally part of the pool. But the worst part was the bathroom door to the pool area is slammed CONSTANTLY and it's right next to the condo- there's a shared wall. The positives are the location and the closeness of the beach entrance. Plus it's not too crowded. Don't expect the basics to be at this condo- like spices. They didn't even have salt and pepper- not that this is required. But most condos have stuff that is leftover. That wasn't terrible, just wasn't expecting it.

Perfect Condo on the beach!

WIsh we could stay longer

Excellent access to beach, the pool, and eating out. Con and pro is that only entry to condo is at the back of complex at the pool, so have to navigate pool safety gate and area steps with luggage. Also, didn't get email with instructions to pick up keys at another location down the street until our arrival day - note, not reading my email while I'm driving - so, we arrived after sunset and it's dark in an unfamiliar area while trying to find the location with keys. That part of our check-in experience was a bit taxing and dissappointing as we were traveling with small children. So great being right at the pool with young children, however, the unit's doors to pool are tinted offering privacy during the day but not after the sun goes down. Enjoyed our beach and pool visit in this very clean and comfortable location!
