House "Igor", 2 storeys. In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, south facing position. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 4.6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "La Barraca" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner rarely occupies the upper floor.

Practical furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Magníficas vistas .. Adecuado para adultos( Hay mucha escalera por el jardín con peldaños irregulares). El apartamento está en la planta baja del edificio y hay una puerta con candado que debe comunicar con la casa de arriba …. pues bien , cuando se mueve el viento se abre la portezuela unos centímetros ( lo que permite el candado) y no hay manera de fijarla . Resultó muy molesto . Limpieza adecuada.

+ La vue est superbe La piscine très agréable Le quartier calme La literie est très confortable - Le mobilier intérieur et extérieur, et particulièrement la cuisine est vraiment vieillissant Les aiguilles de pin du voisin tombent dans la piscine coté escalier, il suffirait de tailler les branche pour l'éviter. Il fait chaud, une clim, ou un ventilateur serait bienvenue

Charmantes Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Garten mit seiner mediterranen Bepflanzung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man für einen einfachen, schönen Urlaub braucht.

Feriebolig med fantastisk udsigt. Indvendig meget slidt - specielt køkkenet. Fin lille overdækket terrasse ifm. bolig niveau. En del trapper fra gadeplan til bolig og ligeledes til poolen, absolut ikke for gangbesværede. Godt pool-område men slidte liggestole. Generelt en slidt bolig, hvor man betaler for udsigten. Boligen ligger i et sommerhusområde, hvilket gør der ikke er så meget at se på. Et supermarked og nogle få restauranter. 500m til strand, dog skal man forser 50-100m på store sten.

Superbe maison situé à javea sur les hauteurs . Une vue incroyable sur la mer . Maison bien meublée et très fonctionnelle. La piscine est immense et même au mois d’octobre à 25 degrés . Seul bémol pas de place pour rentrer une voiture donc voiture garée devant la maison sur l’aller ( ma voiture de location à été un peu rayé ) Hormis le problème de voiture je recommande fortement cette location

Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist in einem schlechten Zustand,so daß man Angst hat es zu öffnen oder zu schließen. In der Holz Küche nagt der Holzwurm mit viel Elan.

Retour d experience

Regret de ne pas disposer de l emplacement voiture car occupé par la voiture à demeure du propriétaire. Absence de balaie et serpillière pour usage quotidien. Attention danger ouverture fenêtre salon. Risque de chute sur soi. Génial de disposer des draps serviettes interhome. Merci à vous à bientôt

Las vistas impresionantes. Las camas cómodas, Cocina y baño excelentes. Falta una lavadora. El wifi funciona bastante mal y la tele en español no se puede ver porque está codificada. Necesitas el coche para todo. La cala más cercana estaba cerrada por gran riesgo de desprendimientos.

Puente de mayo en Jávea

Casa con vistas impresionantes al acantilado de Cala Ambolo. Se encuentra en una zona muy bonita a 15 min en coche de Jávea. La piscina privada es un lujo aunque a primeros de mayo estaba todavía fría y no la aprovechamos del todo. El apartamento es perfecto de tamaño y cómodo. Como punto negativo la casa carecía de menaje imprescindible: microondas, trapos de cocina y fregona.

Top Aussicht

Das Anwesen bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das glaskare Meer und die kleine Bucht. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und das Wetter war grossartig. Es windete nur selten stark. Das Haus hat ein grosses Badezimmer und eine offene Küche, bei der leider einige Schranktüren kaputt sind. Um zum Pool zu gekangen geht es einige Stufen runter. Die Bucht ist zu Fuss über eine steile Strasse zu erreichen. Die Strasse ist für Autos gesperrt, trotzdem gibt es Leute, welche mit Auto oder Motorrad bis in die Nähe der Bucht fahren. Das letzte Stück führ über eine lange Treppe und grosse Steine. Gute Schuhe sind von Vorteil. Das Wasser in der Bucht lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Auch wenn es ein FKK-Strand ist, sind auch bekleidete Personen willkommen.
