Situated in a very sought after area you will find our lovely 3 bedroom villa in Dénia, just 2 km from Denia's sandy beaches. The villa is situated on a 1000 m2 fully fenced plot, has a 4 by 8 meter swimming pool, private parking. The villa accommodates 6 people in its attractive 3 double bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds). The villa is equipped with central heating, wireless Internet, smart TV and a DVD player. The center of Dénia is 2 km away and a very large supermarket is 1.5 km away. At 100 meters from the villa is a pharmacy and various bars / restaurants.

Dénia:
Dénia is a sun-drenched popular port city, located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Valencia, on the north coast of the province of Alicante opposite the island of Ibiza. Ibiza can be reached with ferries from the port of Dénia. Dénia is the capital of the Marina Alta district. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are approximately 100 km from Dénia. Dénia has a cozy center, a beautiful marina and a medieval castle with views of the city and the sea.

The villa is fairly quiet in the church village of La Pedrera. The name La Pedrera means something like quarry, after the work that took place many years ago. La Pedrera includes, next to the square where you enter La Pedrera, the houses that are built against the National Park “Montgo”, this mountain is about 800 meters high and has been named a nature reserve. A footpath leads from here, from which you have a beautiful panorama of the entire coastal area. For the daredevils there is the possibility to reach the top via a steep path. You can also make beautiful cycling trips here.

The villa is a few kilometers from the challenging Club de Golf La Sella. La Sella Golf Course was designed by Jose María Olazábal in 1991, 2-time champion of the Masters in Agusta. Enjoy a 27-hole course in Dénia, internationally known for its excellent conditions for playing golf throughout the year.

This is a lovely property - an old building extended and modernised with a traditional-shape pool. The A/C in the bedrooms is excellent. There is none in the rest of the house but, as it is an old building, we didn't feel the need for it as it kept reasonably cool, even when 35 degrees outside. The house is really nice inside and was good and clean. There are two nice spots to eat outside - out front beside the palm trees, or out the back where there is a built-in barbeque. The pool at first looks a bit old-fashioned: concrete around the top and rectangular but don't be alarmed - it is excellent. It has easy steps at the shallow end (around 1m deep) and is wonderfully deep at the deep end. The rectangular shape gives you more room to play and swim than these new, kidney-shaped ones. The water did start to get a bit murky towards the end of the week though. I cleaned a lot of debris out of the filter housing after a night of high wind which may have caused this but, Anna, it might be worth having the pool man replace the filters or come around more often. Was sparkling clear when we arrived though. We were hoping the villa was walking distance in and out of town but it's not really. You can walk it but not when you've been for dinner and drinks - a car is required. We ended up eating at the Villa most nights which was just as good. There are a couple of small bars in the village right next to the Villa that are good for a wee drink. There is a rocky mountain which you can see from the pool - this is lovely and we walked right up it by driving around to another village - great views. Denia is nice - not too seasidey with a bit of class. We were there at the festival of the Bull and I tried my hand at enticing it to jump in the sea - not for the faint hearted...… Apart from maybe the pool filters, the only thing that could be improved-on would be some sort of welcome pack. Pim meets you there but it is difficult to remember everything he tells you when you have been travelling all day. The wifi code was scribbled on a bit of paper in drawer for example and we didn't know where to take the bins. This, and any other problems, were answered quickly by Anna and I have no complaints at all. Anna, a little laminated page left out for visitors would be good with info like: wifi code; distance into town and any public transport; what's in the village; where to take bins; any dates of interest, local Doctor and Pharmacy location and so on. Lovely Villa!

L accès à la maison est trop étroit .La maison n’était pas très propre. Alors que l annonce prévoit 3 chambres , à notre arrivée une chambre était fermée sous prétexte que nous n étions que 3. On a demandé à ce qu’elle soit ouverte , elle était pleine de poussières. Pas de climatisation dans le salle de séjour, juste 2 ventilateurs bruyant et plein de poussières. Pas suffisamment de couverts dans la cuisine . Les salles de bain et les chambres sont trop petites, les climatiseurs des chambres sont très bruyant.

Perfektes Haus für die ganze Familie

Kommunikation auf Deutsch mit dem Hausverwalter, Hausverwalter war zeitlich flexibel und hat sich unserer Ankunftszeit angepasst, sehr freundlich, konnte gute Restaurant und Ausflugsempfehlungen geben, im Kühlschrank lag für uns eine Melone, Wasser und Weißwein zur Begrüßung bereit. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage was bei den Sommertemperaturen sehr wichtig war, toller, großer Pool, uneinsehbares Grundstück, Küche gut ausgestattet. Ein toller Ort zum weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr nettes Haus. Zu zweit hatten wir viel Platz, um es uns gemütlich zu machen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und niemand konnte reinschauen. Um die Ecke gab es eine kleine Bar mit einer sehr fürsorglichen Kellnerin Cristina. Ein gutes Restaurant ca. 4km weit weg, ansonsten auch fußläufig andere. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une maison confortable avec superbe jardin et très belle piscine. Dénia offre beaucoup de possibilités de balades, d’activités et de belles plages de sable fin et de galets (masque et tuba à prévoir). Voiture nécessaire pour les plages. Il y a même une plage pour les chiens près du port. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par l’hôte (Mr Eric).

Alejado de la playa, deficiente limpieza , la televisión solo por satélite no tiene emisoras nacionales en Español , la Piscina esta muy bien y el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones estupendo pues hizo mucho calor los días que estuvimos.

La casa está a 10 minutos en coche de la playa. Creo q es importante decir q al ser una zona llena de maleza alrededor hay salamandras. El primer día nos dimos un susto pq nos encontramos una dentro. Q no conseguimos q saliera. Así q no abríamos las puertas pq se veían más por las paredes de la casa. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien. Piscina etc. El contenedor de basura y tienda pequeña para comprar alguna cosa q te falte está a 5 10 minutos andando. En la encimera de la cocina si dejabas alguna cosa salían como una especie de hormigas rojas en gran cantidad. Nosotros echábamos vinagre como solución y desaparecían.
