The accommodation
Newly built apartment on the upper floor with modern furnishings and a great view in a very quiet outskirts. The apartment has 2 large balconies (south and west).
In the apartment there is a large open kitchen, living and dining area. The new modern built-in kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, such as a large hob in the kitchen island, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, etc.
The apartment also has two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom with shower, tub and sink, and a separate guest toilet.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating and a beautiful open exposed roof structure. The knee is 1.80 m, so that you have standing height even at the lowest point.

The bedrooms and the living area to the south have electric shutters.

Sufficient towels, bath towels and bed linen are available to our guests. The fee for this is included in the cost of final cleaning.

We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. The balconies are available for this.

From the apartment you can reach the train connection to Munich in a few minutes by car.
Service offer-optional: shuttle service station.

High-speed WiFi is available free of charge.

By car you can reach Munich in 40 minutes, Garmisch Partenkirchen in 35 minutes. Nearest train station Uffing (connection Munich / Garmisch bw. Mittenwald is 5 minutes away by car.

In the village there is a beautiful adventure playground for children.

Fantastic landscape and leisure opportunities, some of the most beautiful swimming lakes (Staffelsee, Riegsee, ...) with cozy beer gardens, bike paths ... are nearby.

Fantastic !!!

The apartment is very spacious and bright and in an excellent location in relation to Murnau. The owner welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home. our ideal vacation!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer herrlichen Umgebung

Mit der Wohnung in der ersten Etage von Frau und Herr Schmitt sind wir zu 100% zufrieden! Sehr schöne und elegante Einrichtung, gute Betten und herrlich viel Platz. Ruhige Lage. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen und uns rundum wohlfühlen.

Wonderful end to our family vacation!

I absolutely loved this home. The home was very clean and spacious. They welcomed us with open arms and huge smiles. They were very welcoming and showed us around the home. The view from the patio was breath-taking and very relaxing. The town is peaceful with a lovely local bakery. We only wished we extended our stay at this location by a couple more days.

Wunderschöne Fewo mit tollem Blick

Die Fewo ist klasse! Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Fewo ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Besonders die beiden Balkone sind einfach toll und der Blick ist wunderbar. Familie Schmitt ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Impeccably decorated interior, with a breathtaking view from ALL windows!

We stayed at this wonderful 2nd floor spacious apartment for 3 days in August 2018 during our journey through Bavaria, Germany. Communication with the owners was excellent and we were greeted upon our arrival. We truly felt at home after the guided tour of the residence, and enjoyed a token arrival beverage! The kitchen facility is excellent with everything you'll need to make a fantastic dinner, or simply a coffee. It was a nice touch to have certain condiments and Tassimo cups offered for us to use. Everything was immaculate, The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities clean and modern. Dorothy and Andreas take pride in their property, and the surrounding area, providing information on local restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. There is a bakery around the corner from the house, and a town nearby with a market for grocery needs. Centrally located you are within short drives of Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Palace, and about 45 minutes from everywhere in Munich! Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying a glass of wine or beer was also relaxing being able to see hundreds of stars! We also used it for breakfast. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone travelling as a family of 4... I know my family loved it and wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely return if possible. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht (und mehr) ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist phänomenal. Die Familie Schmitt ist sehr nett und war immer ansprechbar. Diese Unterkunft können wir bestens empfehlen.

Schönes Objekt

Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub im Juni 2018 in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war optimal und es fehlte an nichts. Eine schöne Aussicht von beiden Balkonen auf die Voralpenlandschaft und die Berge im Hintergrund rundeten bei diesem schönen Sommerwetter unseren Urlaub ab. Die Vermieter trugen durch ihre sehr freundliche und persönliche Art zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre und zum Wohlbefinden bei. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Hans M.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub !

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser modernen, gepflegten und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht, die dazu auch noch sehr gut ausgestattet war. Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Der Kühlschrank war mit verschiedenen Getränken bestückt und es befanden sich einige Lebensmittel, sowie Gewürze etc. in den Schränken, die man benutzen konnte. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Zugspitze und Schloss Neuschwanstein schnell mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Es war für uns ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der Familie Schmitt, die uns herzlich aufgenommen und mit vielen Tipps weitergeholfen hat. Hervorzuheben ist, dass man jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner hat, der bei Fragen erreichbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier stimmt alles

Diese Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer darauf steht, sollte sich unbedingt ein E-Bike mieten - für mich war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch das unmittelbare Umfeld mit dem Bauern-Cafe, dem Bauern-Laden und der Imkerei kam uns sehr entgegen. Ansonsten liegt der Ort strategisch günstig zwischen den Alpen und München. Danke, liebe Familie Schmitt, für diese tolle Woche!

Der Aufenthalt in ihrer FW war sehr sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit den beiden Balkonen, dem separaten Rasen zur alleinigen Benutzung ist man in jeder Situation bestens eingerichtet. Hinzu kommt ein sehr freundliches und nettes Vermieterpaar, welches stehts mit Rat und auch Tat zur Seite steht.

TOP Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist spitze, selbst in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, an kleinste Details wurde gedacht. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der direkte Ausblick auf die Bergwelt ist grandios. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved this vacation rental and hope to come back again someday. The home provided everything we could possibly need as we explored Germany and Austria. We looked forward to coming home every night! Everything is updated and in perfect condition. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms fit us perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals if we decided to stay in. And the heated floors were a nice touch for the cold December weather we experienced. Andreas and Dorothea were wonderful hosts! They met us at the home and gave a full tour. They recommended restaurants nearby and even booked a reservation for us! They lent us guidebooks and had great suggestions for things to do that we may not have heard of. They live nearby so if anything were to go wrong they could be there in a couple minutes. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to our next visit.

Sehr schöne moderne, komfortable, helle und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen !

Wir waren Ende September zu zweit für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Photos sichtbar. Die Wohnung und auch die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es war sogar für Erstgetränke gesorgt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die sympathische Vermieterin, die mit ihrer Familie im Nachbardorf wohnt und jederzeit bei evtl. Fragen ansprechbar ist, sowie insgesamt eine einwandfreie Abwicklung. Die Lage der Wohnung bzw. des Ortes ist ideal, wenn man die vielen unterschiedlichen Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden möchte. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hervorragend

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Zu Beginn war das Wetter leider nicht dazu geeignet Wanderungen durchzuführen, weshalb wir es uns in der sehr modernen, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichteten und komplett ausgestatteten, sehr großen Wohnung gemütlich gemacht haben. Bei einem leckeren Gläschen Obstler ( aus dem 2 Minuten entfernten Dorfladen besorgt , in dem wir auch unsere Brötchen gekauft hatten ) haben wir es uns dann Abends auf einem der beiden Balkone gut gehen lassen und den traumhaften Blick auf weite Felder und die Berge genossen. Die extrem große Küche hat uns dann auch verführt, teilweise selbst zu kochen, was mit dem vorhandenen Interieur ein reines Vergnügen war. Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass die Familie Schmitt auch den Kühlschrank bei unser Ankunft schon ( kostenlos ) gut gefüllt hatte und - als Highlight - uns mit einem leckeren Apfelkuchen empfangen hat. So stellen wir uns einen Urlaub - und vor allem eine klasse Ferienwohnung, mit überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzen - vor. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt mit weitläufigem Blick mitten 'auf dem Land', was für Ruhe sorgt und touristischen Rummel ausschließt. Herrlich! Dennoch liegt sie so zentral, dass schöne Orte wie Weilheim oder Murnau und Seen wie der Staffelsee oder der Starnberger See schnell erreichbar sind. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und netterweise befinden sich bei Anreise im Kühlschrank schon ein paar 'Grundlebensmittel'. Frau und Herr Schmitt sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, haben ein offenes Ohr und wenn gewünscht immer einen guten Tipp parat (z.B. hinsichtlich empfehlenswerter Lokale). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Klar ist - sollten wir erneut in diese Region reisen, checken wir wieder bei Familie Schmitt ein :-)!

Fantastisch

Eine wunderschöne, großzügige und hervorragend ausgestatte Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen und einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Das Abreisen fällt hier sehr schwer. Dazu kommt noch die herzliche, freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Art der Gastgeber, die man anderswo leider selten findet. Die Anfangsaustattung des Kühlschrankes mit Säften, Wasser, Bier und andere Leckereien sowie ein Korb mit Früchten begeisterten. Man kann dieses Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen.
