Quiet house with pool, great 1200 sqm garden and WIFI

Our great house "Finca las Rosalindas" is located about 3 km from the beach and 2 km from the village center in a more rural area in Conil de la Frontera. It stands in the middle of a really beautiful garden with olive, orange and lemon trees, date palms and ten meter high cacti.
If fruits are on the trees, you are welcome to harvest and enjoy!

The decor of the house is very individual and designed with love, - only in June 2017, the renovation has been completed!
There is a large living-dining room with fireplace, sofa, a beautiful rustic seating area and a dining table for about 8 people.
The kitchen has a seating area for about 6 people, is large and fully equipped.
All electronic devices are new: From espresso machine, electric coffee grinder and milk frother, blender, orange squeezer and ice machine washing machine, dishwasher, - our kitchen offers everything your heart desires!
There are two larger bedrooms and three smaller ones, one of which has only one window to the corridor. All other rooms have a nice view of the green garden and partly of the new pool.
The house is usually cool in mid-summer, but there is still a portable fan for all cases.

The terrace provides some shade and is not covered in a corner, so that you can enjoy the sun until the evening hours. From there you have a wonderful view of the hills around Conil.

We have two colorful hammocks in the garden where you can do a siesta in the shade. And since March 2018 we also have a great pool with a cozy seating area for sunbathing.

Outside there is a covered dining area on the veranda and in the garden is also a large dining table with wooden benches for about 12 people. There is also a portable grill, which is great to use and with which you can even smoke fish!

We provide 5 bikes (3 new ones) with locks, and are happy if they are treated well :). In the village it is possible to borrow more. On our property you can park with a car. In front of the door again max. two.

By car one is from the house in max. 6 min on the beach of Conil, in 4 min. in the village center and in 10 min eg. at the neighboring surfer village El Palmar.

Various supermarkets also with fresh fish are from the house by car in 4 min. reachable. The distances are really small.

The special feature of our house is the quiet location a bit away from the tourist bustle, in a neighborhood where only locals live, and the really beautiful garden, with plenty of sun and shade! It can happen that you just do not want to leave the property for a few days, because it is so wonderfully relaxing!
