Exceptional Newly Remodeled, Ocean View 1-bedroom unit

Royal Kahana #107 is a spectacular unit featuring a fresh remodel with upscale furnishings and decor. This one-bedroom unit boasts some spectacular ocean views from it's very private lanai area conveniently located on the ground floor. Located on the north end of the resorts property, this unit provides a ton of privacy.

The master bedroom is quipped with a large king bed, and for travelers with more than 2 people, there is a very comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Being on the ground floor, this unit is very convenient for guests arrival and departures, as well as for families with younger children.

The resort pool is a great place to relax and unwind while watching the sunset. Fronting the beach is a seasonal sand beach. A short walk (less than 1 minute) to the south on the seawall gets you to a year round sand beach with great snorkeling.

Located centrally between Kapalua and Kaanapali and Lahaina, you are a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. There are also great restaurants and coffee shops within a quick walk away.

This unit is under new ownership and new management, and we know you will enjoy your time if you decide to book it.

**Please note the Association has informed us that there is construction being performed on the buildings to help structural integrity; spalling work to be specific. They anticipate construction noise for a few weeks, 5 days a week from 9am - 4pm. No exact completion date, but they are expecting the work to go through February.

***Effective Jan1, 2024, A new Royal Kahana Resort parking fee will be $18 per night for 1 vehicle; currently the rate is $15. This fee is payable to the Resort's Front Desk at check-in and is not included in your quote.***

This property was amazing! It was attached to the beach, had a lovely pool, and the place itself was very spacious. The only reason why I took one star away is most restaurants were a decent drive away.

Long weekend

We had an opportunity to come to Maui for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The accommodations were excellent. Updated, comfortable and a wonderful view with the sound of the waves.

Lovely ground floor unit, close to small beach. We didn’t find too much to do in the immediate area, but we’re a close drive to lots of great beaches and activities. Overall a fantastic condo for a 4 person family.

Royal Kahana #107 was a clean, updated and comfortable condominium for our vacation. The overall property itself is dated, but clean. The unit itself is updated, modern and comfortable. The views from the patio were amazing! We would certainly stay at this unit again.

Older property, but unit has been nicely updated and has a comfy bed. Good AC. Good location, easy parking. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas - lobby, BBQ’s, pool, etc. condo was well equipped with towels, dishes, etc.

Lovely & Comfortable Accommodations

The accommodations were very comfortable and had everything we needed. From beach towels/chairs to laundry pods to do a load of wash. The property manager was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The property at Royal Kahana is very well maintained and close to amenities and several beautiful beaches. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite as a place to call home for your stay here in Maui.

convenient and comfortable

We had a great trip to Hawaii. We saw whales from the lanai the first night! I know that's not always a perk that's included but it was definitely great to have a water view no matter what. I appreciated the updated decor and comfortable bed. It was convenient to walk to a few necessities and a short drive to many places we wanted to go. I would stay here again.

Great Beach Access

Love to warm pool and easy beach access. Condo was clean and fresh. Ryan was very accessible and accommodating. For anyone sleeping on the pull out in the front room, there is a bit of noise from the front parking lot as guests come and go at all times of the night (likely due to flight arrivals/departures). The bedroom is very quiet.

Perfect Stay

The Condo was perfect, except that there weren't any beach chairs for day trips to other beaches. There weren't any bbq utensils or kitchen towels. The condo was perfect, comfy bed, the condo was clean, the pool area was fabulous and right out front at the beach, couldn't get any closer if you tried! You guys its all about location and this condo is it!

Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed the clean, updated condo. Good AC. The pictures and descriptions were spot on. Ocean views were beautiful. Nice, quiet area. The property management was excellent. We had a question and Emmett responded immediately. The host provided suggestions which were helpful. We walked every morning to the nearby coffee shop. We also walked across the street to Dollie's Pub, a great local place to go for great pizza and drinks. Would highly recommend staying here.

Muaui vacay

Generally was a good clean accommodation. The only problem we experienced was very tiny bugs on the counter near the kitchen sink. We left 2 muffins in a clamshell over night and the next morning the muffins and the counter top was crawling with these tiny bugs. Thankfully I noticed them before I took a bite!
