The Kuleana Resort, the most beautiful property location in the world . Two ground floor side-by-side condominiums. Rent one or rent both to take advantage of the adjoining passage door . See Listing 77031 and 77036 for adjoining condo.

This is one of the best location on Maui. From your private lanai, enjoy an ever-changing ocean show of beautiful sunsets, sunrises and rainbows over the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Enjoy seasonal whale watching and daily sea turtles swim and feed at the water edge. The ocean is yards from your lanai providing swimming, surfing and beach play steps away.

If a pool is more inviting, step out the front door to the large pool that is heat controlled to maintain an enjoyable swim no matter the weather. If you need a break from the water, walk the beautiful grounds of the Kuleana Resort or take advantage of the on-site tennis and shuffleboard courts. The Kuleana Resort grounds are often used for Weddings and Memorial Services.

The living room, dining area and bedroom have been furnished with beautiful designer quality furniture. The kitchen includes granite counters, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Ceiling fans are provided in both the living room and bedroom. A remote controlled air conditioner is available in the bedroom. The bathroom shower is granite stone with a glass door entry. The bedroom offers a California King bed.

Note: The Fire Code is strictly enforced that there is no more than an occupancy of a maximum of 4 people (this includes children/infants). We only rent to 3 adult size guests or 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adult size guests are to many for this condo.

Hope to stay again

Been coming to the Kuleana Resort for over 10yrs and this was our first opportunity to stay in this unit. Location was amazing and condo was super clean. Even got to rent their adjoining unit next door for my sisters’ family, so it couldn’t have worked out better. Would 1000% stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Ocean is at your doorstep

We are a small family of three (2 adults and a 9 year old child) and this was heaven on earth for our week vacation. Ocean is steps from your door, small beach area with amazing snorkeling, great pool, quick drive to restaurants although we ate ally home because you can’t beat that view! Definitely will be back!

A short but beautiful stay

Excellent location, any closer and we’d be in the water. It was a short stay but we swam, got some good rest in a comfortable bed and had coffee on the rocks watching the honu graze.

The best reason to stay here is the closest to the beach and the fantastic view. You will not be disappointed. Every night you have first hand view of the great sunset. The second best reason is the relatively lower cost for Maui. Beach perfect for quick dip or great snorkeling. Parking is free and easy, and we found you do need car in Maui ! Great view!

The view from the lanai is outstanding. We were able to see turtles and whales just sitting right on the lanai. For my smoking buddies, the smoking area is very close and has an awesome view. The other guests were very friendly. Very close to great places to eat, captain jacks and Dollie’s are a couple of favorites.

Overall it was a nice place. We loved the turtles that swam right in front of our condo. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The ground floor was nice to be able to walk right out and take pictures of the beautiful sunsets!

A great location

We had a great stay. The location of the unit could not be any better. We watched whales from our lanai every morning and with each sunset. The staff was very helpful during check in and was friendly throughout the stay. Everything we needed was provided from pool noodles to beach towels To coolers and kitchen utensils. We will be back.

Awesome!

This was a great place to stay - beautiful views. It was little farther away from things but we didn't mind this at all ( still pretty close to grocery store and restaurants )- I thought it was more in Lahaina but it was in Kanapali which was great .Nice place to snorkel with a little beach super close by ( within walking distance). We would definitely stay here again! Kathy was easy to communicate with also.

Beautiful View! Great Location!

This property was just perfect. Condo was the closest one to the water, the pool, and the grills in the entire complex. Very comfortable bed, even the pullout was good for our daughter. All the needed dishware was included, we especially used the electric water pitcher & French press, although there were a multitude of other coffee brewing machines. Located within 1 to 3 miles of everything you would want to do including Luau's and water tours. Many beaches to choose from. Was nice to help support the rebuilding town of Lahaina as well.

Perfect Paradise Getaway

We are incredibly thankful we found this little piece of paradise. It was the perfect place to soak up the island life. The beach is even closer than it looks in the photos. The grounds were beautiful and my teenagers tried all the amenities- tennis, shuffle board, ping pong, etc. We also spent tons of time in the pool. The boys snorkeled every day and saw tons of turtles. The condo had the best sunset view and we loved being on the lani. The hosts were so gracious and responded quickly to questions before we even booked and during our stay. They even had beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels to use. We will definitely be back!

Maui Family Vaca

The grounds at Kuleana are stunning! The vegetation is gorgeous, and the ocean views the second you walk through the security gate is breathtakingly beautiful! The unit is nestled between the pool and the ocean, making it a prime location! The view from the lanai is incredible, and we enjoyed the sunsets, warm ocean breezes, and turtle and bird watching. Beach access is immediately outside the condo, and the snorkeling was amazing! The beach also attracts sea turtles, which we saw daily. The condo itself also had everything we needed and more! The BBQs are also conveniently close and thoroughly cleaned every day. If you're looking for a relaxing, fun, conveniently located oceanfront condo, this is the place to stay!
