Excellent property and great location

Very smooth and effortless check-in on a property that was exactly as represented in the photos. Nice little welcome touches like bottled water were provided by the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, good value

First, I can’t imagine a better location, in the heart of Condesa on a quiet street. The building is close to so many good restaurants, parks, museums, bars, cafes, bakeries, and more. The apartment itself is the size of a large hotel room. It is decorated very cute, and the bed was comfortable. The wall of windows in the bedroom opens to a courtyard of balconies and windows, one quite close to the window. A screen on that balcony of faux plants or bamboo could go a long way for some privacy here! Also, a fan would be great for future guests. The neighborhood is quiet and we had respectful neighbors all nights except one in which the downstairs neighbors did not adhere to the 10pm quiet hours. They weren’t blatantly disrespectful, but you can hear each other clearly through the windows/balconies in the courtyard. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. There was a friendly building manager on site during the day who kept the entry and hallways in good order. I’d say it was a good value for the price.
