This was a great choice for our trip to the Omaha Zoo with 3 of our grandsons and their parents. The location was just a short distance to the zoo, dining and shopping. There was a park nearby for the grandsons to play in. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for what we needed, just far enough away from the noise and traffic to be comfortable, but close enough to downtown we could go where ever we needed, plenty of shops and food nearby to.

The property had everything we needed. It was large enough for all of us with the 3 bedrooms and the pullout in the basement. The backyard is great for the kids to run around. Nice neighborhood and close to any stores and food places. The host was great to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. We will look for this property again next time we are staying in Omaha.

Communication with the host was excellent. The home is comfortable and the fenced backyard is spacious. We found that it was very convenient and easy to drive to local attractions like the zoo and botanical gardens. Overall we loved our stay

What a great home to call home for our family of 6. There was plenty of space to spread out, be comfortable, and play games in. Access to the house was simple and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to connect with and answered all my questions pretty much immediately provided extra support with a later check out time when we needed it! Thanks so much! Will be keeping this place on my list!

This trip was wild. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and have never had such a baffling experience.This house could be best described as a “landlord special.” There are many things that just weren’t done well with updates.That is technically a non-issue, but some parts of the “renovation” have been left undone and disgusting. The tiles in the kitchen didn’t extend below the refrigerator so dirty, very old linoleum with a mousetrap and a roach trap were in the back. Dust, dirty, and things like yellowed q-tips were found in windowsills. It hadn’t been vacuumed.The, very hostile, host send a cleaner. They maybe vacuumed. Wiped a couple of windowsills down and sprayed so much room spray that I got a migraine and had to leave the house. When discussing the state of the house, the host told me I was “nitpicky” and should leave and find my own “utopia.”After the cleaner came, we realized the mousetrap moved from next to the fridge to under it. We also found a moldy beer bottle behind a picture downstairs. And the vents weren’t dusted. There were many cobwebs.There were wet sheets in the dryer when we arrived, but the other beds were clean.We found cereal under and behind the couch. Cereal and hair and Bobby pins along the walls next to the beds in one room.It just felt like no one cleans the house in between guests.I was truly shocked at how I was treated by the host and how many gross little zones there were.

Many of the items mentioned in this review were found in areas behind or underneath large furniture and appliances, locations that are not part of normal guest use during a stay. While we strive to keep every part of the home clean, these hidden areas are not typically inspected between every reservation. Regarding the renovations, the home is accurately represented in our listing photos, and we continue to make improvements over time. We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations, but we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our interactions. Our goal has always been to address concerns quickly and professionally. We appreciate all guest feedback and will continue working with our cleaning team to ensure our home is comfortable and welcoming for future visitors.

The host was very responsive and answered all of questions.. This was our first experience with a Vrbo. The house was clean and looked liked the pictures. The only suggestion I have is to put a a tv in at least on of the bedrooms. Some people like to go to bed and watch tv. But for the price we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
