Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home to stay next to the zoo downtown and I/80.

This home is super cozy with a firepit. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen & games to entertain all ages. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for a week stay. We can accommodate.

This home is just minutes to downtown and to the famous Henry Doorly Zoo. Not far from restaurants, entertainment, Berkshire Hathaway, CWS, and other popular events.
Steps going up, ON street parking only. Low ceiling in shower.
Please be respectful of the furniture, property, and neighbors. You have to pay for damages made to property and furniture.

No Smoking indoors or on the porch.
($550 fee if detected)

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Swing on porch weight capacity is 220lbs.
No jumping, please.

No parties or events are allowed.

No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Please Clean up after yourself.

Please throw cigarette buds in trashcans or INSIDE the firepit.

The house had a cute vibe and was close to so many things to do in Omaha. We didn’t use the fire pit but there was wood provided if we wanted to. The stairs to the house a a little steep so if you have issues with that be wary but overall it was a great stay and the host was very communicative and friendly.

Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about the house. Loved how she had everything labled and also pictures! Loved how every room had a sound machine. We Love the sunroom and fire pit area. The house was really cute with a cozy feel inside. We visited Omaha with our kids and another couple and the house is in a really convenient location to downtown and the zoo. Kat was very friendly and responses were quick. We have a great time!

Concert GetAway

We came from MN to attend a Jelly Roll concert, check out the zoo, and anything else Omaha had to offer. Was a great trip, cute house, amazing host, great location to the Zoo and the interstate to run everywhere. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Check in required nothjng other than the door code which got sent a few days prior to our stay and check out was sjmplu walking out the door.

It was a very cozy and well-maintained home. A very cute front porch. The kids loved the PAC Man arcade. The front steps were a little of a concern but overall a good central location to many activities. Kat was good to work with and gets back to you quickly.

The property is a very nice place. We loved the house and fire pit. Parking was a small issue but we were able to find a place to park a couple houses down. I will warn anyone that has issues with steps that there is some leading up to the home but other than that this place was the perfect home away from home. I would definitely rent it again if i come back to omaha.

GiGi's VACATION

Poppa & I decided to take 2 of our grandchildren on vacation with us this year. We had a BLAST! This property was very clean and a short drive to the zoo and many other kid friendly activities including awesome water parks. Kat was wonderful, my grandson left his blanket behind and she shipped it too us in North Dakota. You really can't find a host as gracious and easy to work with. Thanks Kat!! We hope to see you again on a future visit, (without the grandkids, lol).

Omaha Week

We stayed here during the week of The Fourth of July! Parking was the biggest downfall. Multiple times we had to park across or down the street from the VRBO. Kat was amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house was clean and well represented from the pictures. Stairs were steep and took some getting used to. Overall we would stay again! Location to the zoo and other bigger attractions was fabulous.
