Great house! Located across the street from the beach. Easy access with golf cart or walking. Everything you need is there.I do recommend you bring drinking water, ice and your own beach towels. Water at the beach is always a bit brown and smells funny. This is normal.Also, bring foil, seran wrap, baggies and small containers for left overs.This is a great place for memories. I am a repeat here and have never been disappointed. Enjoy!!

The water is awful. It smells like septic water and is brown/yellowish. Didn't want to even shower in the water. The photos for listing show a golf cart which is misleading to make people think that a golf cart comes with the house. Those photos probably should be taken down.

Overall a great getaway spot for the weekend/ holidays our only issue was the guest restroom had less water pressure than outdoor shower so it was pretty much un-useable during our stay unless no water was being used in the unit. Will definitely try to rebook on a sunnier more relaxing weekend next time and update the review then!

Great Experience! Fabulous house, the lagoon next to the property was awesome, loved the sounds of waves on one side and wildlife on the other. The beds here were the best I have experience in a rental. Had all the things for children ready to go. Also has cleaning supplies if you need them. Which with kids it's great to have a broom and mop, etc. available I would highly recommend.

6th year birthday trip

Surfside Spring Break

Great stay during spring break with family and dogs! Fenced yard & hot tub are the amenities that sold us on this rental. Location is great, short walk or drive to the beach & great bay and sunset views.
