To be honest, vacation rentals are challenging for me. I have had some ok experiences and mostly it’s not good or a even a disaster. This place is the best place I have ever found! It’s gorgeous! The view and deck are incredible. The place has everything you would ever need. It’s spotless. The papagayo area is top! The concierge is outstanding. I’ll be back !!!

Incredible Christmas celebration in Costa Rica

Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!

New Year’s 2024

This is an amazing condo, centrally located on the peninsula with easy access to the golf clubhouse, Prieta Beach Club, Nacascolo and many restaurants. The condo is beautiful, newly renovated, and very comfortable. We loved morning coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the howlers in the distance. We spent a full week and could not have asked for a better stay. Pura Vida!

Amazing Family Trip

Property is absolutely amazing, from the pristine condition, to the views, to the amount of space, indoor and outside. Highly recommend Ruddy, outstanding concierge who coordinated all of our trips (tubing, horseback riding, ATV, jetski, etc). Property is in great and convenient location (walking to one beach, 3-4 min golf cart ride to restaurants and other beaches). Highly recommend! Thank you.

Perfect location and views

My family and best friend stayed here for spring break and had the most wonderful time. The location is great for getting everywhere on the peninsula. Very well thought out layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only feedback we have would be from the night we had a chef at the condo, he said there were not enough serving dishes, knives, etc. to serve a meal to us. Other than that, we would come back in a heartbeat!

Peninsula Papagayo Retreat

Property is beautiful and the views are incredible -pictures do not do it justice. The concierge, Hazel, was easy to communicate with and the daily housekeeping did a fantastic job. The restaurants were all very good but Pesce (Four Seasons) was our favorite. The Prieta Beach Club is also fantastic and was never crowded. My only complaint was the grocery service-the quality of the food they purchase is very poor and some of the items we preselected were incorrect upon delivery-would be better to get your own groceries if you had a rental car. Adios Costa Rica-hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo, pictures don’t do it justice. The place was spotless and the views are amazing. I gave it 3 stars because of the amount of bugs that we experienced during our stay. Unfortunately I think it is out of anyone’s control since we are surrounded by forests and the rain probably didn’t help. Housekeeping did come and clean everyday which was very helpful. If bugs don’t bother you, then I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous condo, amazing vacation

We were wowed the minute we arrived at the condo! It was even better than the photos. The cleaning staff were wonderful, and came daily. Our concierge, Hazel, was amazing. Super responsive every time we asked for or needed something, and she made all of the reservations for excursions and even added two more while we were there during the week per our request. The condo was kept so clean the entire stay. The private chef, Gustavo, made us some delicious authentic Costa Rican food. The golf cart was perfect for us to travel on the peninsula for dinners and also to the beach club. The beach club was perfect for our family. I cannot say enough great things about this condo, and the arrangements they made for us. Felt completely at home the whole week. Thank you to Hazel and the team for doing an exceptional job!

The house was beyond wonderful- fully accommodating to all our needs. the view was exceptional and the pool was an added bonus. The space was always clean and very spacious for 4 people. All the people that we met and that helped us along the way are what really made the trip so extraordinary as well. 7 days wasn’t long enough! All excursions that we loved equally..- volcano- Andres took us horseback, zipline, rock slide, hot springs w mud bath& hiking to waterfall. -atv-Johnny took us & amazing! -boat day Daniel & johnathon we wonderful to take us snorkeling and any water activity of our choice. Our concierge, Ruddy, was always in touch and set everything up for us. Transports to & from airport, dinners everything and excursions.

One of our most memorable trips of all time!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The property owner was very responsive, helpful and timely. The concierge, Ruddy made sure our every need and request was taken care of. We stayed for a week and had a lovely dinner on property at a different restaurant every night. We also had several fun activities planned including ATV, Zip Lining, Surfing and Zero Gravity Yoga. The penthouse was everything as advertised. The view was spectacular, one of our favorite in all the 50+countries we have visited. Everything was nicely appointed and felt like Four Seasons accommodations. House keeping was friendly and accommodating and the refrigerator was full of all our favorite items upon arrival, The location of the penthouse was also central to everything on the Peninsula. Every person we interacted as genuinely helpful and friendly, very hard to come by these days! We would highly recommend this location and hope to return in the future!

A week in paradise

Beautiful, clean, spacious, beautiful sunrise over the bay views. Overall excellent accommodations all around. Hazel, our concierge, responded quickly to requests, and helped make our stay most enjoyable. We ordered groceries delivered, Hazel put them in the fridge before we arrived, everything was in excellent condition. Excellent water pressure. Full size washer/dryer meant we could pack lighter. We recommend getting the golf cart during your stay as you'll find parking at the various destinations on the peninsula much easier. We highly recommend Chao Pascao for dinner. Only cons: the unit doesn't have any water floatation devices (e.g. pool noodles), but those are available at the Prieta Beach Club if you use it. And though the kitchen is fully provisioned, some of the non-stick cookware was scratched and flaking, so we didn't use it.

Luxury Condo in Peninsula Papagayo

This home is part of Las Terrazas, a condominium complex within the Peninsula Papagayo community. Newly renovated with modern ammenities, it was clean and comfortable, and stocked with basic essentials. The host was easy to communicate with and immediately put us in touch with Hazel, our concierge. She was helpful in coordinating dinner reservations, airport transfers, COVID testing, the daily cleaning service and ideas for excursions. The small condominium pool featured in the photos was accessible at all hours but most guests will likely prefer the Prieta Beach Club, managed by the Four Seasons. For an additional fee ($50/person/day), the beach club provided the resort experience that we expected. Hazel was also able to secure day passes at the Four Seasons Resort itself ($50/person/day), a fun alternative to the Prieta Beach Club. As Four Seasons loyalists, the beach club was our preferred experience. There are many restaurants within Peninsula Papagayo, all within a short drive, and each uniquely wonderful. Our favorites were at the Four Seasons Resort and the Prieta Beach Club. Grocery purchases for the week can be coordinated prior to arrival, however we stopped to shop on our way to the condo. A few things worth knowing prior to arrival: Peninsula Papagayo is vast and use of a golf cart or rental car is essential. The condo is not a Four Seasons Residence, rather a home within the community of Peninsula Papagayo. There aren't any nearby stores or restaurants that offer "to-go"' options which is why the grocery service or offsite grocery shopping is helpful. Costa Rica is a beautiful country and we had a great trip. This property provided a relaxing retreat after exploring the greater Guanacaste area or spending the day relaxing by the pool. I would recommend this property to friends and family looking for an alternative to a traditional hotel in this area.
