Decent place for the price

I stayed here for a month for work. Initially I was concerned about the neighborhood but did not have any issues. The place is small and cute, has everything you need except an iron and ironing board, which I did ask for beforehand and was promised, so I just went and bought my own. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were all suitable. My only complaint is that the people who live downstairs smoke and the place smelled like an ashtray. I had to buy odor absorbing rocks and plug in air fresheners which helped a lot, but cigarette smoke is impossible to cover up completely.

We had a comfortable stay and appreciated the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Thank you. A feedback/suggestion: it would've been nice if there were shelves or a small dresser drawer and since there weren't any, we had to live out of our suitcase
