Welcome to our newly updated bungalow. This beautiful home is located in Historic Linden Heights near Kettering and Downtown Dayton. Our two bedroom/1 bathroom home is cozy and offers many amenities. This beautiful home provides new linens, WIF, TV’s, and spacious kitchen and living room. Close to highway access, close to WPAFB, AF Museum, University of Dayton, MV Hospital, WSU. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Whether you stay for two nights or many, it provides the comforts of home.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were in town for a soccer tournament and the location is perfect! Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Dayton!

Great Stay!

This is a great property to stay at for a long weekend! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals.

House was totally equipped with everything we needed. I loved having extra towels even though we didn’t need them. Beds were comfortable. House was clean and take care of. Neighborhood was quiet and close to Dayton. Front porch was great for hanging out. Kitchen was really nice. We could have made meals there if we needed. Very happy with our stay.
