Skip the ordinary Airbnb with our historic Rupp Loft! Named after the gentleman who saved this historic limestone house from demolition. The Rupp Loft has a King Temper-pedic mattress, and a full size pillow top mattress with medium firmness.

Sleep cool and refreshed with 100% organic cotton sheets. Turkish cotton towels are soft and supple yet dry quickly. All natural bathroom products for your use and epsom salt soak for your relaxation. Note, the ceiling in the shower may be low for guests over 6ft.

Feel safe and secure with driveway parking. Log in to all your favorite streaming services with Roku tv. Stay cool or warm with in apartment air conditioning and heating. High speed WiFi for your needs.

We provide fresh local coffee, tea, creamer, and organic eggs from our hobby farm and basic cooking supplies. Locally made honey, and jam when in season! Enjoy the antique newspapers found during renovations and local art!

Enjoy your evening with the outdoor fire pit, the amazing wrap around front porch and charcoal grill. *All outdoor spaces are shared with the first floor apartment. To guarantee the fire pit or grill please book the entire house which is listed on Airbnb.

We also have laundry facilities in the basement that guests can utilize.

This home is also over 100 years old. Although we would love to host everyone, please make sure to read through the entire listing and review all photos to make sure it's the right space for your needs :)

Guests may access the back stairwell, the basement laundry, The Rupp Loft, the backyard, the side driveway, the wrap around porch and the front yard. Please note that the basement laundry, backyard, front yard, and wrap around porch may be shared with other guests. Your apartment is completely private however.

-Please note this apartment is located on the second floor. There is a winding set of stairs to ascend to your apartment (see photos).

-We ask you take your shoes off to minimize traffic noise for the guests below you.

-Guests must clean up after themselves in the kitchen and strip bedding before checkout

-We are a very small safe college town but have motion detection cameras on your driveway parking spot only, for your piece of mind and security.

-PETS will be considered on a CASE BY CASE BASIS. There will be an added $30 a night fee, per pet, if we accept your pet request. You must inquire about your pet before booking. Pet owners must pick up pet waste from outside spaces (bags provided) and pets are not allowed on furniture in the home.

- Grill and Fire pit: Wood and Charcoal not provided. The fire pit may not be used on high wind days or if we are in a burn ban. Fire pit and grille must be completely put out before check out. Please MOVE GRILL AWAY from house when using.
