The villa was just as described and Andy is a great host. It would have been nice to have a large frying pan and more baking dishes. The shower door needs repair but overall great value.

iNCREDIBLE STAY

Have been to Myrtle beach numerous times as a kid growing up with my family. Able to bring my 4 kids, 2 grandkids, sister/her husband and several of the kids friends from Ohio, Oklahoma, Washington, Ohio and Maryland to enjoy the property. We had PLENTY of space for everyone and room to enjoy the trip. Beach was close and having the pool near by was enjoyable. Pool was alittle cool for the younger ones but OK. Appreciated all the kitchen stuff and large table for the young adults to play games and hang out at. Was a wonderful week...Thanks Andy

Good for large group.

This was okay for our large group. But the property was very loud most days past 3am in the morning, which was not good for our group which had many small children. Listing and contract did not mention not being able to park a golf cart on property. There is no free street parking.

Group Travel Ball

We rented 3 of the units within this 2-building complex so that our team families could share the travel ball experience and bond a little more. There was plenty of space in the common area and enough rooms that you could get some peace & quiet away from others if you needed it. The beach is a block away & a very easy walk. Good location to the ball diamonds, Boardwalk, Beach, misc areas of Myrtle.

This unit was a great fit for our family with the six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The lazy river pool and splash zone provided entertainment for all members of our family. The unit was clean. I appreciate that the unit did not have decorations sitting around that you have to worry about during the visit. Previous reviews, also explained by the property management, were correct and the dryer does not dry. The kitchen had supplies, but there was an 8-inch frying pan and that was not big enough for our party of 13. We found parking to be ample and the elevator was much appreciated with getting luggage to the unit. There were also luggage carriers, and that was a huge plus. If you are looking for a place to suit a large party and don't expect fancy, this is a good place to rent.

Celebrating 50th wedding anniversary

There were 10 of us. It was wonderful having king sizes beds for 3 couples and room for girl grandkids and a room for boy grandkids. 5 really nice bathrooms. Place isn’t sparkling new and shows that it has been lived in a lot. But the accommodations and location are real winners! If, you plan on using a slow cooker, you need to bring one.

Great family vacation

Location was great! Parking, check-in process, pool access, etc. was perfect with no issues. All of us could leave or return without any issue of needing a key. My grand-daughter loved the pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach. Clean, large, and family friendly.

Poor management when a problem arrives

Arrived and some of the bedrooms were not vacuumed and the beds weren’t made except for two or three It needed beds made and vacuumed and sweep when property management was called they didn’t understand that the beds weren’t made and put me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me property manager would call but didn’t know how long 10 minutes later called to tell he didn’t understand the property was marked as clean It was extremely frustrating just send someone I said and he’s like they been dispatched she arrived a argued also about she cleaned on Monday like people I don’t care just please take care of which she did Now at 10 o clock at night I can finally go to the grocery store could’ve been a way better experience Like instead of not believing me send somebody and apologize and stop making excuses Property was as described just needs some TLC it did work well for my family of 12

Nice, but not equipped for 21 people

This is a nice, clean condo. We are not high maintenance folks but wanted others to be aware. Hopefully it gets resolved. The amenities for the number of people it is advertised is the biggest complaint. The main floor had 1 king w attached bath to room and hall, 1 w king & queen bed w private bath, kitchen - we bought more forks because there weren't enough AND left them there. bring sharp knives. table only had enough spaces for 12 and living room for 8 people (couch). 2nd floor had 3 king beds (1 w private bath) and 1 room w 2 double beds. 2 other bathrooms on 2nd floor that are open to all. 2 roll away cots in laundry room w 2 inch mats and no blankets to go w them, so we bought some. beach is 1 block from beach which was nice. hot tub - we called and told it was on and working... it was not.... couldn't even turn it on.... which was disappointing. As feedback, we checked in and pd for a day earlier and security came in without knocking which could be fixed w communication. another person came in w out knocking to paint....this is concerning because valuables are there and all these people are coming in and out. garbage left in the garage along w a pile of human poop in the stairwell w napkins that was there for several days. so...as feedback the keypad should be changed for tenants.. not free for all. Someone needs to be attending the garage. it is the first impression of the resort. a walk thru would be beneficial.

Thanksgiving 2023 Family Gathering

The week consisted of good, bad and ugly. With limited characters I can't go into details but hopefully you will get a good picture. The Good: Size of the Villa. The number of beds & bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining & living space worked out great for our extended family gathering. We rented two units, 102B (red) 103B (blue) because they were beside each other. The dining table allowed us to share past memories & create new ones which we are so grateful for! The dishwasher. The coffee pot, not a Keurig, but worked well and kept the coffee drinkers happy. The hot water heater: had hot water most of the time. Bedding and towels were plentiful. However, bring a blanket if you like little weight when you sleep as the bedspread is very light with. Makes sense for the summer. The elevator worked well. This was a necessity for our family as one family member was in a wheelchair. The foosball tables. The location, the pool area and responsiveness of the owner & maintenance was pretty good except for a couple of issues. The Bad & Ugly: Villas are showing their age in many areas and lack attention to details: Carpet & flooring upstairs, Patio furniture, Pool Tables felt & cue sticks were in poor condition, Game consoles not as described, pool water not heated, some Bathroom vents didn't work. Showers had patched floors, washer & dryer in one unit didn't work properly, noise issues. If you need a large place & can't afford to spend more this place will work.

Family reunion

Great place for large groups. Had to call maintenance about a chirping smoke detector and they were out within the hour. It was within walking distance of beach, restaurants and amusements. Close to airport making it easy for those flying in. Would definitely stay here again.
