The biggest plus of this property was the functionality for multiple families. Every couple has their own room and there was additional spaces for the kids. The next plus was the pool. It was ideal for younger children and was easy to keep tabs on them while they played. The third plus was logistics to the beach. It was a 3 minute walk. Overall the property was great. A little more worn out than the pictures would show and they need an upgrade on kitchen utensils (especially more than 1 large skillet for almost 20 people) but plenty of placeware, seating, and space. One suggestion is to replace several of the outdoor chairs on the balcony. I was nervous every time I sat down as most were starting to rip along the edges but they survived our stay. We had a great time and everything worked from the AC to the washer and dryer, etc. We never had any mechanical issues.

The place is so spacious and perfect for our 11-person family. We especially loved the pool table, dining table for 12, and the fact that five bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. Having two refrigerators in the kitchen was a lifesaver. Location was incredible. We walked to the boardwalk multiple times and also walked to the beach daily. Just an FYI to future travelers—the in-unit dryer isn’t the most efficient, and the outdoor pool is a lazy river and not a traditional pool. We are sad to be leaving but will absolutely be booking here again!

Everything was good except it took 3-4 hours to dry a single load of clothes more if it was towels. And the fact that 2 nights/days we couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because there was a water leak from the ceiling light/fan that dripped on the bed. Other than those 2 things the stay was good

Cousins reunion with spouses

Clean and convenient to the beach for us 5 cousins with spouses. Left some maintenance items that did not interfere with stay. Would stay again.

The villa was just as described and Andy is a great host. It would have been nice to have a large frying pan and more baking dishes. The shower door needs repair but overall great value.

iNCREDIBLE STAY

Have been to Myrtle beach numerous times as a kid growing up with my family. Able to bring my 4 kids, 2 grandkids, sister/her husband and several of the kids friends from Ohio, Oklahoma, Washington, Ohio and Maryland to enjoy the property. We had PLENTY of space for everyone and room to enjoy the trip. Beach was close and having the pool near by was enjoyable. Pool was alittle cool for the younger ones but OK. Appreciated all the kitchen stuff and large table for the young adults to play games and hang out at. Was a wonderful week...Thanks Andy

Good for large group.

This was okay for our large group. But the property was very loud most days past 3am in the morning, which was not good for our group which had many small children. Listing and contract did not mention not being able to park a golf cart on property. There is no free street parking.

Group Travel Ball

We rented 3 of the units within this 2-building complex so that our team families could share the travel ball experience and bond a little more. There was plenty of space in the common area and enough rooms that you could get some peace & quiet away from others if you needed it. The beach is a block away & a very easy walk. Good location to the ball diamonds, Boardwalk, Beach, misc areas of Myrtle.

family vacation

This unit was a great fit for our family with the six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The lazy river pool and splash zone provided entertainment for all members of our family. The unit was clean. I appreciate that the unit did not have decorations sitting around that you have to worry about during the visit. Previous reviews, also explained by the property management, were correct and the dryer does not dry. The kitchen had supplies, but there was an 8-inch frying pan and that was not big enough for our party of 13. We found parking to be ample and the elevator was much appreciated with getting luggage to the unit. There were also luggage carriers, and that was a huge plus. If you are looking for a place to suit a large party and don't expect fancy, this is a good place to rent.
