This home extends its ample living space outdoors with a balcony equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal outdoors or just relax in your own new hot tub. You'll have an expansive view of the Gulf as you enjoy the peace and solitude of your private balcony. The living room is large enough for big families but cozy enough to make everyone comfortable after a day at the beach. In the full kitchen, you will find upscale granite countertops and shiny stainless steel appliances. A wet bar extends the countertop space. The well-appointed bedrooms are sure to provide everyone with a terrific sleep

The little ones will love the on-site children's activities. Explore the five swimming pools and three indoor hot tubs. The complex features two heated indoor pools, a children's pool, an outdoor pool, a zero-entry seasonally heated outdoor pool, a water slide, a splash pad, a putting green, an outdoor movie theater, and a parking garage. A 450-foot lazy river invites children of all ages to kick back and go with the flow.

Great Room and Resort - Vacasa Error

The Turquoise property and 1606D room were great. The room was clean and we enjoyed all the amenities of the Turquoise property. However, we experienced issues with the Vacasa team with our reservation. The Turquoise Place front desk staff did not have our reservation details when we arrived due to a Vacasa error.  We waited 100+ minutes in the lobby for Vacasa support to confirm our reservation with the Turquoise property. I would highly recommend the resort but would not recommend booking with Vacasa.

Gone downhill since last year’s stay

We loved TP and all the activities and amenities they offer. This was our second year in a row to rent this particular condo (1606D). We loved it so much last year that we could not wait to come again. In a year’s time the condo is in need of a major overhaul: Dryer did not work. Tub in master came on randomly. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned. A toothbrush was left hanging on the mirror, toilet was dirty, hair in tub, no towels. Vacasa kept sending us texts asking how our stay was. When we checked in, I sent a text to let someone know about the bathroom. The agent said they would send someone with towels and if I felt like I needed to purchase cleaning supplies for the bathroom to feel free to do that. The next afternoon someone from the cleaning service did call and apologize and said that had she known about this she would have come to clean the bathroom. I thanked her and told her that we had taken the agents advice, gone to the store and purchased our cleaning supplies, including gloves. Towels were delivered only after I spoke to another agent. I really think it is Vacasa and not the owner of the condo that is the issue. Vacasa is not on site. Spectrum is the rental company in the building. I hope the owners of the condo are being made aware of how bad it has gotten and can/will fix things.

Will stay again, but be prepared

The property itself was very clean, the decorations were great, and just the overall appearance is what we always have come to expect from turquoise place. We would just need to be better prepared, as there were a lot of little things that just drove us nuts during the trip. No frying pan, only a few towels in the dryer didn’t work. The Wi-Fi instructions were not correct Bring your own mugs for coffee, all of the mugs were so small that even the smallest setting on the Keurig brought it right to the rim. None of it is a big deal, and again, we would definitely rebook the place. Just a bunch of little miscues.

Nice, would stay again, great for kids, nice staff, but needs a couple of fixes.

Good layout and extra hall bath is a plus. Outdoors space was very nice. Good outdoor pools & water features. Cloths dryer wasn't drying & only 1 set of towels. BBQ Grill is great feature but igniter didn't work - had to use matches. Parking is tight and assigned spot is not good for Tahoe size vehicles depending how adjacent cars park, but found plenty of other open spaces to park. Beds are good but bring blankets as the covering are similar to sheets (good tips by a previous review). Several in our group are hot-natured, so AC lowered for them and blankets came in handy.

Great complex, broken items weren’t fixed

The complex is run by a different company and they prefer if you book directly thru them. The fireplace and the balcony lights weren’t fixed during our stay, despite being it reported for 5 days. There were only enough sheets for 6 people, despite the listing being for 8 people, ie no sheets For the couches. Other than that, the complex is lovely and we enjoyed the amenities quite a bit.

Third Trip To Orange Beach

This was our third trip to Orange Beach with each one getting better. The condo was absolutely as advertised and all we hoped for. The parking situation at Turquoise Place is better than the other buildings where we stayed. The location is ideal for us - close to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint about the property is that there are a few small items in need of Maintenace (squeaking doors - especially the dishwasher, and so on. Note: The Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The machine seems to deliver whatever cup size it wants to, regardless of which one was selected. On the last morning. it decided to empty the reservoir contents on its own with no button pushed. That being said, these were very minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful Condo. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Turquoise Place is amazing!

My 3rd stay here was incredible! Lovely home, and very well appointed! Beautiful artwork, comfy beds, and the view was spectacular! Staff was beyond helpful!

Turquoise Place (the resort) is amazing! Tons of amenities. Unit 1606D however need some serious work. Beds are uncomfortable. There were no blankets. Shower in master leaks and the bathmat absorbs nothing. Oven doesn’t heat well. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. The internet code we were given was incorrect. Stained sheets. Front door pneumatic spring broke. Was very disappointed with this unit.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice, clean condo. Tons of space, great location, and beautiful view of the beach from large 16th floor balcony. Hot tub and grill were a huge plus and one of the main reasons we stayed here. Both were clean and in working condition during our entire stay. Convenient reserved covered parking right next to three very speedy elevators. Liked having a washer and dryer in unit, but no laundry supplies provided (no detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, dryer sheets). Decent amount of kitchen supplies, but no spices for cooking and no ziploc bags, trashbags, or tupperware/containers. We loved having the extra ice machine in the wet bar. Always plenty of ice for filling coolers and keeping our drinks cold. So nice to not have to buy any bagged ice during our stay. Pretty minimal amount of cleaning products (Even just some Lysol spray or Clorox wipes would be a helpful addition.) We also had some trouble with the wi-fi, but staff was quick to respond to my messages to try and help troubleshoot. And to join the sentiments of others, we were disappointed in the lack of bedding/blankets. No comforters or heavier blankets anywhere to be found, and only one set of sheets for each bed. Overall, would recommend this unit and would stay here again.
