Located DIRECTLY on the Beach and OVERLOOKS the beautiful white sand beaches and serenity of the Gulf Of Mexico.

CLEAN!! 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo sleeps 8 people.

Welcome to Unit D1104 at the Turquoise Place. Turquoise Place is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf Of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This property is a premier resort offering first class amenities and is the most luxurious condominium on the the coast. Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo is located on the 11the floor in building D (which is the building with the lazy river) and has over 2300 square feet of living space.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have large smart tv's.

The private 400 square foot balcony features an outdoor grill with sink and hot tub which allows for you to cook and relax with the unobstructed views of the pristine Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolfe Kitchen appliances...I call it the Dream kitchen and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up some fresh fish. We have flat screen Tv's in every Bedroom as well as the Master Bath. The wet bar features a wine cooler as well as an ice maker. The laundry room is spacious with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a sink.

In the living room you will have a glass fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch and a 65" Smart TV above. Gorgeous condo! Top-Tier kitchen appliances, beds in all the rooms are so comfortable, the L-shaped couch in the living room is ideal for lounging and patio furniture allows for comfort as you watch dolphins glide through the Gulf at sunrise and sunset. Our family of four were very comfortable in this three bedroom condo enjoying space when needed but also family time as we gathered for meals and dolphin watching. I provided some feedback to the owner on a few items including the floor boards sticking up creaking a hazard in rooms, needing more than one garbage bag to refill since we stayed for 5 nights, not having Kleenex in any bathroom etc. the owner responded right away saying they will get those fixed and added for the next guest. Overall, this condo was beautifully designed and well thought out to allow for the perfect family vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The jellyfish were bad all week so we really enjoyed the pools, slide and hot tub on the balcony. The location is prime and the grill and the hot tub on the balcony was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

We had a fabulous time! We had 6 adults and 2 young children. We all had plenty of space to spread out. The grill and hot tub on the patio are super convenient. The fridge has plenty of space. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but Jason replied within minutes to begin addressing the issues. Everything got ironed out, no problem! Would definitely stay here again for our annual visit to Orange Beach!

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.
