It's all about location! This one-bedroom condo is located on the top floor (huge views!) of the building and is an end unit with lot of privacy... Direct views to Protestant (Hotel) Cay, Buck Island, and Green Cay. Views to downtown Christiansted and the surrounding areas. The condo is well equipped with lots of amenities, refrigerator, stove, new Smart TV etc. There is also office space for the Digital Nomads, equipped with plug and play keyboard and monitor. There is a swimming pool and laundry on site. The facility is equipped with essentials necessary to make your stay enjoyable. This complex has gated off-street parking and is a 5-minute drive from downtown Christiansted and is meticulously managed and maintained! Beeston Hill Health and Fitness Complex is also 4 miles away from the property. Walking distance to several local government offices, Plessen Medical facility, banks, McDonalds and grocery stores.

Stay at Flamboyant Escape

I really enjoyed my stay at Flamboyant Escape. Patti's condo was clean, well appointed and had everything I needed. It was like home away from home. The condo is in a great location, close to food, groceries and gas stations. Check in was a breeze and the property Manager made sure everything went well on my stay. I'd stay here again the bext time I visit St. Croix. Thanks, Patti!

This is a great little condo and good location. Two grocery stores within 15 minutes. 30 minute walk to town. 20 minute walk to Sugar beach. And more.

Great match for an independent traveler; move at your own pace. Lovely cross-breeze through the entire condo, and bonus wifi / monitor / desk set up if you are bringing a laptop on vacay (no!!). -- Pueblo supermarket is nearby but Christiansted is a hike (@40m), secure your car rental before your trip. (secure parking... but maybe no rental cars available), or get to know a few taxi drivers. -- roosters cant tell time (

Lovely View

My husband and I spent 5 weeks at this property as a winter getaway. The condo is located on the top floor of the complex which required many steps to reach . The last three flights of stairs were steep. As a result of being so high up, the view from the unit was of the shoreline and the harbor of Christiansted which was very nice. I would, however not recommend this unit to anyone with mobility issues. Check in process was very smooth. We did find that the unit had not been cleaned properly before our arrival and after a discussion with the owner (with back up photos) she agreed that an additional cleaning was necessary. This was done a few days after our arrival. Also, additional kitchen items that were needed were provided promptly by the property manager. The grounds of the complex were very beautifully landscaped with lush tropical growth. The pool was a good size and was very nice. The condo was a short 5 minute drive to downtown Christiansted. If you want to visit various beaches on the island and do some touring a car is necessary.

Highly recommend expecially if you plan to work from the island

Great value, close to everything, all places you might want to visit are within 30 minutes of drive. It has a remote view of the Christiansted bay from the balcony. The property also has a complete work from St Croix setup including desk, chair, basic keyboard & mouse, and a 27 inch 2K 165hz curved monitor with HDMI cable, can you believe it? My wife actually used the setup for a couple of hours to take care of some work stuff. Property manager is very kind and communicative. We found there was only half a roll of toilet paper left and the hairdryer was not working on the first night and she sent someone delivered them to us early the next morning. The check-in process took a bit longer because we had to meet the property manager in a grocery store since she was shopping at that time. Also bring some ear plugs because in the early AM you'll hear roosters (not something the property can do as they are everywhere) Would highly recommend especially if you plan to partially work from the island

Amazing stay

Our stay was amazing. The property owner and team are very kind and accommodating. The space was decorated with care. We had all the necessities we needed from beach items, to coffee, to cleaning supplies. Additionally the view of the city and ocean are very calming. Further, the long reef community and pool area are very welcoming.

Pleasant stay in St Croix

The property was wonderful and very clean. The queen bed was so very comfortable I slept like a dream. Everything worked no problems. Bathroom towels were very soft..The view from the balcony was great!!!

Check in was smooth and easy. Communication with owner was simple and straightforward. Place was just as described on the listing. Excellent place to stay. It has a wonderful location in relation to Christiansted. Would recommend this place when visiting STX.

Excellent stay

We stayed just for a few days at this property but quickly commented about how comfortable the place was and that it a month long stay would have been wonderful. The owner has done an excellent job of making the condo very comfortable, including a very comfortable bed that is not rock hard, great furniture including a desk and monitor for if you need to work remotely. The view is wonderful. I was a little worried about if we would hear noise from others in the condo unit but we never heard anyone even thought here was a person staying below us and people that we encountered going to and from our unit were very nice and helpful. This is not the quietest place we have stayed on the island, you do hear some traffic and industrial noise but it did not bother us at all. We would certainly consider coming back here and for a longer stay. There were restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We also really enjoyed that the Caribbean Community Theatre was a very short walk from the property and that they had a play going while we were there. Also the grounds of this condo are beautiful! Great landscaping, beautiful flowers! The unit was very clean and you can tell that the owner has put a lot of care into it!

Great central spot, clean and comfy

We enjoyed our stay- everything we needed was at the condo. Althea was pleasure and helpful with places to go and eat. Patty's Kind and professional. Thank you so much for letting us visit. The only thing we would have preferred was a code door entry- rather than keys. But that's no big deal!

Patti was the best host . I do come on island frequently so I do stay in different areas and condos, her condo was Extremely clean very safe, literally minutes away from town.. very well decorated as well. I will be returning. Thank you Ms. Patti
