Affordable Pineview Reservoir 2 Bedroom Suite with a View

Located on Pineview Reservoir - this is a 1300 SF 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen, large great room, outdoor patio with private entrance at ground level (no steps). Dedicated parking only 75 ft from entrance. Guests have full access to HOA pool (open May thru September), Hot Tub, Pickle Ball Court, Bocce Ball, Horse Shoe Pits and Pineview Reservoir access. Beautiful views. Only 8 miles to Snowbasin, 2 miles to historic Town of Huntsville and 14 miles to Powder Mountain.

Lake getaway

We stayed in town for a race at Snowbasin and this was the perfect location. Close to everything we wanted and we got to enjoy the lake and the amenities each day. We were very comfortable here and would book again.

Great place in the mountains

This was a great base for a couple of days of skiing and enjoying the mountains. Easy access to the ski hills as well as Ogden give lots of options for activities and entertainment. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

Beautiful area and great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, fully equipped, and clean ground level area of three story condo. Andy, the host, was in constant communication. Location is perfect for recreation. We were able to walk our paddle boards right down to Pineview Reservoir and were just a short drive away from Snowbasin.

Awesome private getaway on a mountain lake

Our stay at this mountain getaway was absolutely phenomenal! Perfectly nestled with breathtaking views of a pristine lake, ideal for both winter and summer adventures. Skiing and snowboarding are a breeze with nearby slopes, while summer opened up boating, mountain biking, and hiking right at our doorstep. Wonderful Huntsville Home

This property was the best we have rented. My sister and I and our little dog loved it. Hosts were the best. Can’t say enough about it. Downside….we were not there long enough. We will be back
