The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 45 m² apartment with mountain and lake views for rent in Savines-le-Lac. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and an umbrella bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A 9m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac (200m walk from the lake with its grassy beach), in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
- 200 metres from the lake, accessible on foot. Grass beach
- Réallon station: 20 minutes
- Les Orres station: 30 minutes
- Town of Embrun: 20 minutes
- Numerous activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, sailing, water skiing, white water sports, skiing, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one private space).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gap, approx. 35 km away
- Nearest airports: Nice & Marseille approx. 200 km away.
