Holiday home in the natural environment of the Maures massif

We rent this holiday home with shared pool and sea view in the enclosed domain of Valcros with a panorama of the La Londe valley, the Giens peninsula and the sea. There is a golf course on site and you can use the shared swimming pool. The beaches are about 10 km from the holiday home.

The large living area (30m²) of the house has an open-plan kitchen, a table with chairs, a TV armchair, a sofa and cupboards with the necessary utensils for everyday life (crockery, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.). The equipment also includes a TV set that receives the main TV programmes (in German) via a satellite dish. The kitchen has an induction cooker (3 burners), extractor hood, oven, microwave, a large fridge-freezer, sink, coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) and electric kettle.
The kitchen has generous cupboards and practical drawers.

The living room has direct access to the south-west facing terrace. The terrace in front of the living room/kitchen and the bedroom (Room 1) can be shaded by electrically operated awnings

(Caution: in strong winds, these must be retracted immediately to prevent damage).

Bedroom 1 (southwest-facing terrace) has a 160x200cm double bed (two berths), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 has a wardrobe, a bureau, a sofa bed (folds out to 150x190cm, two berths) and a bunk bed with a lying area of 140x190cm (two berths).
Bed linen and towels can be rented (please indicate when booking) or must be brought by the tenant.
There is also a small terrace in front of bedroom 2, facing north/east.

The two terraces are furnished with different garden furniture (tables and chairs, deckchairs).

In addition to a separate guest toilet, the house has a bathroom with a shower tray. The washing machine in the bathroom can also be used.

The bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned and heated by means of the built-in heat pump. In addition, the accommodation has a WLAN connection.

The charming Valcros domain is located in the La Londe-les-Maures area and is characterised by its hills, valleys, forests and rocks. It was built with great respect for nature and offers holidaymakers an 18-hole golf course, several lakes and hiking trails up to 600 metres above sea level. The Hameaux de Valcros complex comprises 64 Provençal houses with Mediterranean gardens in a labyrinth of terraces, steps and stone walls covered with plants. There is a shared swimming pool (4.5 x 12 m) within the holiday complex. The beaches are a 15-minute drive away (10 km). Pleasure boats can be rented at the port of La Londe (9 km). This sporty seaside resort, offering a wide range of activities, is situated between Toulon, the Presqu'île des Giens and St. Tropez. La Londe-les-Maures is located at the foothills of the Massif des Maures, opposite the Iles d'Or.

There is a fixed parking space in the immediate vicinity in front of the house; access to the enclosed domain is only possible with an access code.
