Rental Not Recommend

The apartment was as depicted in the pictures. I had two issues during my stay: only the hot water worked in the shower. No cold water. I spoke to the owner and he said shutting off a valve would remedy the problem. He was wrong and that did not fix the problem. I had to waste my time figuring it out. The second issue was with two electrical outlets in the kitchen that did not function. They supplied power to a toaster oven,a coffee maker and a toaster. They were rendered useless. Again I contacted the owner. He said he would have a electrician come out the following day. The following day came and by early evening the owner contacted me to let me know that the electrician had cancelled the appointment. So I wasted a day staying close to the apartment to let the electrician in for the appointment. Late in the evening the owner contacted me saying he could have someone come out. At this point I stated to the owner to deal with the issue when I vacate the unit during the unit turnover. The next day he contacted me again and I reiterated the same. The following day when I was leaving the apartment security informed me the electrician was at the apartment completely unannounced. As I was leaving and had plans I declined. Thereafter there was also random knocking at the door. I can only assume it was the electrician showing up unannounced again. The owner was also sending numerous texts to me on a daily basis that was borderline harrassing. I would not recommend this rental.
