Chez Martin - Studio Hospital Timone St Pierre Palais omnisports

Our apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with excellent transport connections. It is located 400 meters from La Timone Hospital, an 8-minute walk from both La Timone metro station and Blancarde train station, just 2 minutes from the St. Martin tram stop, 750 meters from the universities, and a 15-minute walk from La Conception. You’ll be close to the Saint-Pierre district and not far from the Palais Omnisports. The Stade Vélodrome (4 km away) and the Old Port can be easily reached by metro or tram.

All local shops are within 100 meters — pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, greengrocer, tobacconist, and even a Gifi store.

Our air-conditioned studio was tastefully renovated in 2024.

It is located on the seventh floor with elevator access. However, please note that a few steps must be climbed before reaching the elevator.

It consists of:

A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. With its high ceilings, this comfortable space features a mezzanine where you can stand upright.

A small, fully equipped and functional kitchen with a microwave and Tassimo coffee machine.

A bathroom with a bathtub, storage space, and toilet.

A living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table, and a workspace.

Bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloths are provided.
Wi-Fi is included in the price.

Upon arrival, you will find a complimentary starter kit provided for your stay (not replenished):

Laundry and cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
Our accommodation is pet-friendly.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link giving you access to the apartment guide, where you can select flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.


A deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment. It also covers any breach of contract (pets, number of people, timetables).
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
