Nice stay, easily accessible and good communication. I liked the use of the space. It's in a townhome right next door to the host (as listed, I believe) so we were worried about talking too loud or the tv being loud, but he didn't contact us with any concerns. The space was clean and the bed was comfy. Just one sink (bathroom) and a "kitchenette" set up. Would stay again. Thank you!

Odd not having a kitchen to use since it is an apartment. It was clean and quiet. Good location and price. Good chance I will book it next time here.

Great AC, comfortable bed, nice sized fridge, adequate utensils for food prep for a short stay. Suggest an electric hot water kettle along side the keurig and check the drain in the bathroom as it is very slow; other than that, great stay!

Room was very cozy with welcoming owners. Everything worked great especially the air conditioning. Planet fitness, Walmart, and a few other stores are right around the corner.

Johnny was so great with communicating and making the stay as comfortable for us as possible! He promptly helped us out during a small check-in hiccup as well. It’s a spacious room with all the amenities one might need during their stay. Would love to visit again!

I was in town for a conference and stayed here for about three nights. Super close to everything I needed. It was small, cute and cozy air conditioner worked great so Did the heat we needed both for sure

Johnny was a good and helpful host. I changed my phone days before coming, and couldn't retrieve the instructions he had sent. I phoned him and he talked me through where to park and what to do. When the thermostat dipped below 60 degrees inside the first night, he texted me the next day to see if I needed help with the thermostat. Actually we were quite fine and enjoying the coolness for sleep! The unit had everything we might need - soap and shampoo in the shower, a Keurig and K-cups in the big room. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again!
