You’ll have access to on-site parking, and we provide complimentary coffee and tea to make you feel right at home. Our peaceful, safe neighborhood is the ideal location, just off the 101 freeway and only one mile from I-17, which if you want to explore will take you to the scenic Northern Arizona. The airport, bus station, and convenient on-demand transportation options are all nearby, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

To ensure a serene and clean environment, we have a no-shoes policy inside the house, and slippers are provided for your comfort. We take great care in cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between each stay to guarantee your peace of mind. The guest suite is attached to our home, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a smoke-free, drug-free environment. However, you’re welcome to enjoy a peaceful smoke on the back patio, which is reserved just for our guests. Please note that smoking inside the house will result in a $500 charge for smoke abatement.

While we love animals, we do not allow pets, though we welcome inquiries about service animals.

Your private entrance ensures a quiet and secluded retreat, and the patio features comfy seating and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Check-in details, as well as a personal contact number, will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you arrive a little earlier or want to enjoy an extra hour of rest, we’d be happy to accommodate, subject to availability.
