  • Fantastic home with beautiful pool and yard!

"This home is absolutely beautiful with a picturesque back yard and a lovely pool. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and even check into see how the rental is going! It is one block from the grocery store and the overall location is great! This home has it all and we hope to rent it again when we visit next year. Thank you Natasha and David!!!!"

  • Great combination of water and desert

"We wanted to try a place on the water. We weren't disappointed. We were 4 adults escaping the cold weather and there to golf and relax. I did use the paddle board every morning. We loved being on the lake. The house was comfortable and the property manager was available if we had a question. Very nice. We would stay here again."

  • Shop no this home asap before someone else does

"We have been coming to Arizona in the winter from Minnesota for years. By far this is the best home we have found and we will be back. From our first contact with Annie, the owner, to check out with Pat, her onsite property manager, it was an awesome experience. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed (we made almost every meal while there), there are games, toys for the kids, and, although we don't watch much TV, there was a TV in three bedrooms and the family room with about 100 movies. Now, to the highlight of the trip....the outside. The pool with water slide is where we spent most of our time. It was amazing!! It was nice to have a fire at night. The playset and sand box area was great for the kids (our grandchildren are 2, 5 and 8). I really liked that the pool was enclosed so the grandchildren could play outside and not worry about the pool. I thought the price was a little high but when I discovered that every basic need (spices, laundry soap, fabric softner, shampoo, soap, paper products, etc) was included, I realized that saved us a lot of money, plus, we didn't have to shop for that stuff. Also, there are sand box toys, toys for the pool area, a pack n play, high chair....things I have had to rent in the past. The pool slide also made the pool more than just a pool. The grandchildren spent hours in the pool and I didn't have to search for activities to take them too which would have cost money. Bottom line.....the price is really reasonable!! We are neat freaks and I appreciated that the house was clean and well taken care of. I can tell Annie and Pat care that you have a good time while there. Pat came over after we were there for about an hour to help answer any questions we had. She checked on us a day later as well. When my wife discovered that the hair dryer in the house disappeared, after calling Pat, a new one appeared within the hour. Chandler is also an excellent location. Only 20 minutes from the airport, Rawhide is close, Tumbleweed park is minutes away and there is a splash pad in Gilbert which the kids loved. There is also mini golf in Tempe which is close and a train ride/playground area close by. Plenty to do all within 15-20 minutes of the house. Do not wait to book this won't be disappointed!! I would rate it as a"A+," and I am not an easy person to please. Have fun!"
