A cozy, comfortable, and bright little home, close to the coast and the charming harbors of the Alabaster Coast. Located 6 km from the sea, this half-timbered cottage is situated in a quiet part of town center. Private, unfenced garden (430 m²), terrace, patio furniture, and barbecue. Tenants of the adjoining house have the right of way on foot in front of the house. Smoking is not permitted. First floor: - open kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave), - dining room, - living area (TV, DVD), sofa - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) with bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet, - laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (1 single bed, 90x190). High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Please note that this vacation rental is not all-inclusive: certain options are available at an additional cost.
