With a full bath, well-equipped kitchenette, and all the comforts of home, it`s the perfect retreat after a day of boating, fishing, swimming, or tubing. Just 1.5 miles from Anderson River Park Boat Ramp, you can launch into adventure and return to enjoy a home-cooked meal and a fire under the stars.

Ideal for a romantic retreat or fishing getaway, this garden-level studio sits right on the Sacramento River, providing serene views and access to everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Studio Layout: 2 Queen Beds

OUTDOOR LIVING: Paved patio, fire pit, charcoal grill, lounge chair, direct river access, breathtaking views

KITCHENETTE: Fully equipped with a Keurig, stainless steel appliances, cookware, toaster, dishware, glassware, and silverware

INTERIOR: Mounted Smart TV, elevated sofa, bar with river views through a large picture window, walk-in shower with detachable showerhead

GENERAL AMENITIES: Mini Split A/C, toiletries, hairdryer, linens, and towels

SUITABILITY: Garden-level studio with walk-out sliding doors; several steps to enter; proximity to river may not be suitable for young children

PARKING: Driveway parking for 1 vehicle

Enjoy access to the shared boat dock—bring your boat or let your fishing guide pick you up! Relax by dipping your toes in the river, sunbathing, or soaking in the natural beauty of this riverside retreat.

Note: This home is directly on the river, offering incredible wildlife encounters and a true nature experience.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This property includes two units: Lily`s River Retreat upstairs and this garden-level studio. Each has a private entry and space, sharing only the driveway, walkway, and boat dock.

Access involves several cement steps with landings—may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Due to river proximity, this property may not suit young children; supervision is required for children under 16 on the dock.

Pet Policy:
A dog fee ($35/dog) will apply, and we kindly ask that you review our full dog policy (posted on the listing) and keep in mind:
- One dog allowed
- Your dog is house-trained (no scratching, chewing, or accidents).
- The dog is never left unattended on the property.
- No pets on furniture or linens.
- You clean up all outdoor messes.
- Confirm your booking includes the pet, and the fee is paid.
- Once confirmed via messages, we’re excited to host your furry friend!

Additional Rules:

No events allowed in this unit—it’s too cozy!

Furniture must remain in its original place. Damage or movement requiring repair or labor will incur charges.

PARKING
Per local ordinance, we are required to collect license plate numbers for all vehicles and do so via a google form we send at the time of reservation.
Garage is off limits to guests.
There is one designated off street parking space for Wild River on the right hand side of the driveway.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy for this studio is 4 guests overnight.
Due to the proximity to the river we do not recommend this property for travelers with children.
All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation.

PET POLICY
We absolutely LOVE animals and our pet-friendly properties are designed with pets in mind! For guests booking one of our pet-friendly properties or traveling with service animals, please note:

(While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we GREATLY appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners.)

Pet Approval: All dogs must be approved through management via booking site messages. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.)
Pet Fee: $35/night/dog, up to 2 dogs. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.)
No Unattended Pets: Pets may never be left unattended on the property. Unattended pets reported by neighbors, cameras, or staff will result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on furniture (couches, chairs, beds). If pet hair, stains, scratches are found, additional cleaning fees of at least $100 will apply.
Damage & Messes: Pet owners must clean up all pet-related messes (food, hair, waste). Lint rollers and waste bags are provided at pet-friendly properties.
Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported immediately so we can address them together.
Unapproved Pets: Unapproved pets incur a $75/night fee, added upon checkout or when reported by our cleaners.

SMOKING/VAPING
Our properties are *smoke-free* homes, first and foremost. Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances.
- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the property.
- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes any remnants left in fire pits or other un-designated smoking areas.
- Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside the property, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, along with reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal.
- Smoke/Vape Detection: Please note that some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system. These devices alert us to potential violations, ensuring our smoke-free policy is upheld.
- Enforcement Process: Our cleaners report any signs of smoking immediately upon arrival, followed by a secondary inspection to confirm and document the issue. The incident is then reported to the booking platform without delay.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
All outdoor activities must move indoors at 10:00 PM.
Please turn off any outdoor string lights accessible to you during quiet hours.

EVENTS/PARTIES
Events and parties are strictly prohibited at ALL of our properties. This is our company policy, part of our local ordinance AND part of your booking sites policy.
Violations will result in a minimum $50 service charge and possible removal from the property.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Cameras, noise sensors, and security systems are in place and must not be tampered with, unplugged, or covered.

USE OF AMENITIES
Children must be supervised at all times.

Please be kind and respectful to the neighbors (Including upstairs).
No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.

TRASH
Please make sure to separate your recyclables from your trash and place them in the appropriate bins:
Separate recyclables (blue bin), trash (gray bin), and yard waste (green or brown bin). Any questions on what can go where, please message us!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
- Early Check-In: $50/hour (first hour complimentary when possible)
- Late Check-Out: $50/hour (first hour complimentary when possible)
- Pet Fee: $35 per dog/day (up to 2 dogs)
- Airport Pickup (RDD only): $50 per trip
- Grocery Pick-Up and Delivery: $50 for up to 10 items + cost of groceries; $75 for 11-20 items + cost of groceries; $100 for 21+ items + cost of groceries. We will put groceries in appropriate places inside of the property before your arrival.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: $50/hour (up to 4 hours | between 8 AM - 5PM)
- Linen Refresh (bed linens and towels): $50
- Romance Package: $150 (includes rose petals, sparkling cider or wine, chocolates, and candles) Must provide photo of ID for alcohol.
- Birthday Package: $100 (includes balloons, a small cake, and birthday banner)
- Custom Event Setup: Starting at $150
- Winter Gear (sleds & s`more kit): $25 per stay
- 2015 Chevrolet Silverado (6-seater, 4WD): Pricing available via Turo link (provided upon request)

OTHER POLICIES
Moving furniture is not allowed. Any moved furniture will incur a minimum $100 fee for repositioning by our handyman.
Please adhere to any fire bans or wildlife safety precautions as instructed during your stay.
The river barge is just for sitting on and not to be taken out on the river.
The dock and walkway to access is shared with the neighbors upstairs.
The driveway is shared with the neighbors upstairs.

PRIVATE DAMAGE WAIVERS
We charge a $15 “management” fee with every reservation as part of our Private Damage Waiver program. This covers all guests for up to $500 worth of accidental damage

Relaxing getaway by the river

View is amazing

Very well put together. Nice, Clean, The location and view are amazing. Sat out on the patio and watched the river go by. Lots of wildlife etc. So relaxing I definitely recommend it.

A beautiful stay on the Sacramento River near Redding

Overall we enjoyed our visit, as the views of the river's activity and the sunset were great. The kitchen was well equipped & the bathrm also. The living area has beds on high platforms along with the sofa, likely to offer a better view of the river & TV, but awkward for Seniors. The patio was adjacent to the front door, but we had only one night's use. We will definitely reccomend it to friends here in PSP who travel to Oregon & washington during the summer in Palm Springs,

This property has 2 units. We booked the smaller one and ended up in the larger one. The switch was due to the smaller one not being ready yet from construction. This was arranged on the check in day while we were in route. The smaller unti we rented is listed as a one bedroom. After looking at it the pics are correct just deceiving. It’s more like a hotel room with a kitchen. The larger house is nice and roomy. The shared dock has shifted, from the shore being washed away. This seemed to have been this way for a bit. The shared property and outside of the larger unit could use a cleaning. Yes river houses have bugs however these had been here for a bit. Due to the outside, we went to the local water park for the day. It was awesome. Came home and the even with the house shut the best the ac could do was 78 for an empty house. I glanced at the filters and they probably haven’t been changed in a couple years. But if you planned to stay at the house all day the AC can’t keep the house comfortable with people coming and going outside. Once again the host did upgrade us however probably should have done so earlier. The lower unit was far from done. The upper unit was last minute but it and the property seems to have some neglect. The trip in general was just okay. Had the lower unit been available we probably would have just stayed one night and left. Same if we had paid full price for the bigger unit.
