The C5 River House is the perfect place to get away from it all. With almost a full acre on the Brazos River this beautiful property is nestled under a canopy of pecan and oak trees. Located in the heart of Texas is the perfect location for people to meet in the middle. Home to the famous Chip and Joanna Gaines and the Magnolia Silos , Baylor University, shopping and many restaurants. Waco is great place to visit.

AMENITIES

Amenities include a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and cookware), a washer, dryer and three bathrooms. The main attraction of this property is the river and beautiful yard.

The house features one large master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom "The Bunk Room" includes two bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The Bunk Room is ideal (but not limited to ) for kids. The main living area has a large deep seated sectional which seats around 8 people, along with 2 other chairs and a custom built bar with 4 bar stools. It is the perfect room to watch a game with family all while taking in the breath taking scenery. The Kitchen has an extra large island with 4 bar stools that is perfect for entertaining. A large dining table that seats 6. It is perfect for sharing a meal while taking in the beautiful sunset. . The back yard includes 2 Large retaining walls perfect for setting up chairs to fish or read a book. The covered cook station includes a TV , seating, and a new BBQ pit for grilling out.

Check in after 3 pm. Check out 11am. We'll happily accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Since this is a residential neighborhood, we ask that you please keep noise levels at a minimum throughout your stay, and that you especially observe quiet hours after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.

If more than the number of registered guests arrive, you will be asked to leave. Per VRBO policy, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND.

Perfect in every way!

We loved our stay here celebrating our family Christmas! The owner went above and beyond! When we arrived the first thing we noticed when we walked in was the large twinkling Christmas tree reflecting off the wall of windows., the tv had fire scene with Christmas music playing and the house smelled like pine trees. Through the wall of windows in the cozy living room was a picture perfect scenery of trees and the river. Just gorgeous! Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Extra large kitchen with island and dining room table area accommodated all our baking, eating, and playing games! Like the title says, just perfect in every way!

Absolutely PERFECT for us

Communication with the owner was easy. She was quick to reply. She also checked in with us from time to time to see if we needed anything. I really appreciated that. My 5 sisters and I enjoyed staying at the property very much. Beds we very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The location is absolutely beautiful. We felt the peace and tranquility the moment we stepped outside facing the river. We spent quite a lot of time on the back patio. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us. Waco is charming and has more to do that we realized! We had sooooo much fun! Monica

Beautiful property with plenty space

Beautiful house on the river close to Waco. The owners were get and very quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Plenty of space for the whole family. Highly recommend!
