• 4 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms, 2 car garage.
• Master bedroom upstairs has king bed, two nightstands, dresser mirror, one chair, TV mounted to wall, and its own full bathroom has separate bathtub and shower, double sinks, toilet.
• 2nd bedroom downstairs has queen bed, one nightstand, one five drawer chest, one chair, and its own full bathroom has tub/shower, single sink, toilet.
• 3rd bedroom upstairs has queen bed, one nightstand, one chair, and its own full bathroom has tub/shower, single sink, toilet.
• 4th bedroom upstairs is set as office containing executive size desk and two office chairs. One cabinet style queen size murphy bed can be setup to turn this room to be bedroom per renter’s request.
• Family room area has sofa, love seat, 65" TV mounted to wall, TV stand, coffee table, end table.
• Living room area has two accent chairs at each side of console table.
• Kitchen dining area has very long table with 6 chairs.
• Kitchen is equipped to cook daily meals or holiday dinner.
• Wifi is provided. Two Smart TVs include HD antenna for each TV to access air channels and Samsung channels, and Netflix is hooked to access more entertainment shows.
• Washer, Dryer, iron, and iron board are provided.
