The house is on a double lot and has a custom built in pool with a well landscaped yard. The pool, gas fire-pit, lighting, concrete deck, palms and grass area make you feel like you re truly on vacation. The house is newly furnished and a true gem. The old charm and character of the 1919 craftsman house, along with the special back yard oasis and pool. There are very few Historic properties with large lots. This one is two historic lots combined, all to yourself. Inquirer about the newly constructed 1,200 square ft. poorhouse cabana. it will be done by May 2023. It will offer and additional 1,200 sq/ft. new construction, Including 1 master bedroom (king bed), two private outdoor balconies , one over the pool, and the other facing Lake Natoma area with great bridge views, master bath, open downstairs grand room and kitchen, half bath , opening up on the pool deck with a 12ft . glass slider. This will be an extra option to book if you have more then 6 people. Perfect for traveling parents, extra guests, or to get yourself a private place all while being together. The pool house will be an extra charge and option, but will never be rented separately. The house is always your private get away.

We would definitely stay here again! The house is beautifly updated while still keeping the 1919 craftsman charm. The pool area is like being in your own private resort. We loved being able walk to local restaurants and the historic downtown area of Folsom. We had a wonderful stay.

This was an excellent place to stay and entertain while visiting family nearby. The heated pool was a real bonus. A short walk to the town with lots of restaurants and shops, and ice skating in November. Just a block away from a nice bike ride around lake Natoma. Plenty of parking.

Great place to stay. The four of us were in the area for a conference. We arrived after dark, but the light was left in for us! Doug met us and went through the house with us, showing us the ins and outs, so we didn’t have to figure things out for ourselves. Great downtown to explore. Doug recommended great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we have another conference in the Sacramento area.

Delightful 2nd Visit to the Folsom 1919 Craftsman rental! Great variety of spaces to gather to grin and reminisce! Wonderful kitchen and deck area to prepare special meals. Really Great House!

Wonderful house, great location! Easy check in and check out. Owner very responsive! Very nice front and back deck for relaxing with coffee. We went to bike in Folsom for a few days and the trails are right next to the house. The Lake Natoma trail is great, we are coming back to fish and kayak there.

I've lived in Folsom all my life. I personally manage all my commercial and residential properties to ensure my guests and renters are properly taken care of. I've been a vacation rental host for over 8 years, and was one the first to create a vacation rental in Historic Folsom with what is known as the Figueroa House. I currently have two amazing vacation rentals, both on the main street (Sutter Street) in Historic Folsom. I've been actively involved in the placement of tenants, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Old Folsom. Sutter Street Steakhouse, Fabria Bakery, More then Olives, Hacienda, The smart Axe, Ruby's Books, Sutter Street Theater, and BrainyZoo, Just to name a few. I designed and developed the Sutter Street Steakhouse Building , Fire and Rain Building (Penthouse Location) , and restored many others. I work hard to provide something top notch for my guests.
