Set amid grapevines and olive trees between Aubagne, La Ciotat and Toulon, not far from the magnificent Cassis coves, this three-section holiday home is the ideal spot for a holiday in the Var. The site comprises a farmhouse, an adjoining house and a former dovecote that has been made into a bedroom, with all three parts independent of each other. Hiking, golf, bathing, fine dining - many activities are available in the nearby area. Fully restored and away from prying eyes, this property offers tranquillity and sweetness of life by the poolside.
This rental includes the main house, the adjoining house and the dovecote converted into a bedroom.
INSIDE
In the farmhouse, the entrance hall leads to the first floor, the kitchen and the lounge/dining room. From this large living area, there is access to the terrace, which looks out onto the garden by the swimming pool. The ground floor also has a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One bedroom, with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC, contains a mezzanine with an additional 110 cm single bed. The second bedroom has a large double bed, the third has three single beds, and the fourth has a large double bed. These three bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The adjoining house is entered via the kitchen, which righthand connects with a dining room. Aside the kitchen, you will find the laundry with a WC. To the left, the lounge contains the staircase leading to the sleeping quarters, which consist of three bedrooms. One has a large double bed with an integrated shower room, the second has two single beds, and the third has a large double bed. The latter two bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate.
The former dovecote is a bedroom with a double bed proposing the shower room with WC of the pool house which is set underneath passing through the outside.
OUTSIDE
The property is reached along a road that leads through vineyards and olive groves. The three independent parts of the property stand on a plot of 5,000 m2 and a swimming pool with a shower and WC in the pool house beneath the dovecote. A corner staircase gives access to the water and a large children's beach is appreciated.There is an unobstructed view of the villages of La Cadière-d'Azur and Le Castellet. Here, you can enjoy perfect peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
