This house is located in a Private Community on a secluded unpaved Road in the woods near Otis State Forest,Otis Ridge,Butternut,and Catamount skiing. Also close to Great Barrington, Lenox, Stockbridge, and Lee. Otis is home to the Grouse house, Fratelli's, Farmington River Diner, and the Knox Trail Inn. Available throughout the year, and in summer 2022 for all 8 weeks in July-Aug, or 4 or 6 weeks. 15 mph Community speed limit must be adhered to. See complete rules in the rules section of this listing.
