Propiedad frente al lago con muelle propio en el embalse de Otis con hermosas vistas y jardín. Ideal para el follaje de otoño. Para la temporada de esquí: 25 minutos a Butternut, 55 minutos a Jiminy Peak, 6 minutos a Otis Ridge, y pasos del lago para esquiar o patinar. A 2 minutos del "centro de East Otis" con Katie's Country store y gasolinera con todo lo esencial. A 5 minutos de Tolland St Park, a 12 minutos de Jacob's Pillow, a 35-50 minutos de Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Co, Rockwell Museum, Outlets in Lee y el resto de las atracciones de Berkshire. Máximo de 4 autos.

House tiene cocina completa con vajilla para 10+, ollas y sartenes, utensilios de cocina, dos refrigeradores, horno eléctrico con 4 quemadores de vidrio, microondas, cafetera, Keurig y lavavajillas. Su es una parrilla de gas al aire libre de 5 quemadores. Los asientos incluyen una mesa para 6, taburetes de bar para 4, el porche se utiliza durante 3 temporadas y 10 asientos. También tiene una lavadora y secadora y un generador de energía de respaldo.

El sótano tiene una mesa de billar de tamaño completo, tablero de dardos y una mesa de ping pong separada. The home and the view of the lake was lovely! It was the perfect gathering place for our family. There were activities for everyone: ping pong, pool, and toys for the younger children. The kitchen was laid out well and functional for a large family.The host was responsive and had excellent communication. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

The laundry setup was easy to use. There are 2 washers and dryers. Lake view is wonderful. The home is relaxing and peaceful. We will stay there again.

The overall experience of this house is great. The view of the very clean lake is excellent and on non motorized boats, the local boaters are very courteous. The property is nice and private and had everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away.

The location was beautiful. Directions for parking and access to enter were clear. The house felt more like someone’s personal residence than a vacation rental. There were clothes in the closets, food left in the kitchen and no iron and ironing board. The mattresses sagged so we all rolled to the middle when sleeping. With some furniture updates and better cleaning to address the musty smell, cobwebs and ants, this could be a gem.

The location is phenomenal. Right on the lake with wonderful high windows to take in the views. Marshal was a very responsive host, ensuring the house was stocked with firewood for our stay when I mentioned we wanted to do some s’mores. Some things that were not ideal: the house was noticeably dirty when we arrived. Floors had not been swept, the fridge had food residue inside that we cleaned out ourselves. Very few kitchen towels, and those that were there appeared to have been recently used. Some of the amenities are also in disrepair. The bottom of the fire bowl was corroded, which caused embers to fall through. The canoe had a leak and both the canoes and kayaks were covered with spiderwebs we had to rinse off prior to using them.

Beautiful View on the Lake

This family vacation home is large and well furnished. Comfortable, including the beds, which is one of the first requirements for a codger like me.The lake view from the large living room was a great backdrop for chilling out in the spacious greenroom.Kitchen was well-furnished, laundry worked perfectly and there was plenty of gas for the grill. Make sure you grocery shop before you get here, local markets are small, limited.Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay.

Perfect family weekend in Otis MA lake house

This was an exceptional spacious lake house with fantastic views of Otis reservoir! Clean clear water. You can walk down to the dock. We saw a bald eagle from the large deck. We were 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed! Lots of hiking spots nearby.

Christmas stay

The location is beautiful and there are lots of places to visit in the area. The house is nice; great view of Otis Reservoir. It took us a while to figure out the multiple thermostats, but it was a good Christmas house. The owner was nice enough to allow us to have a Christmas tree, and had someone make an extra trash pick up for us after Christmas.The one thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness. Shower curtains were moldy, some of the dishes weren't very clean, expired condiments in the refrigerator and old butter in the butter dish and one really bad stain on one of the bunkbed mattresses. That was too bad because everything else was great.

Amazing Stay

This was an awesome stay with family. The foliage was beautiful and the view of the lake was amazing. We had such a great little family get together. Marshal was a great host, very quick to respond.

Tranquil

Comfortable, amazing views, room for everyone. Granted we didn’t need all the room, but if you’re looking for a place to bring a group and stay together, this is the place. The views of the reservoir are stellar. We had rainy and cloudy weather and even about five minutes of snow during our stay. But when the clouds cleared the sunset was beautiful and seeing the almost full moon through the large wall of windows overlooking the water made me never want to go to bed! Just beautiful! Sufficient kitchen with everything you need to cook just about anything. Grill outside. There is a keurig but make sure to bring your own k-cups as they are not included with your stay. Overall would recommend this rental!

Relaxing Home with a Great View

Perfect home on Otis Lake with plenty of room for a group of friends to gather. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, dishes to make a nice meal. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor furniture to gather near the fire pit by the lake. Keurig coffee maker available to make coffee in the morning. Nice and quiet, felt very private. Plenty of room for parking. Thanks for letting us rent.

Band Weekend

Me and the 3 other guys in my band rented the lakehouse for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Beautiful location, plenty of room, and very comfortable. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Hope to do it again next year.

Rustic beauty of the Berkshires with beautiful lake views, in a quiet bucolic town with access to skiing, dance, music, theater, outlets. Easy access from both the East (Boston) and the South (NY/CT). High quality home able to host guests from near and far to 'get away from it all' but still have modern comforts, full kitchen, satellite TV and wifi internet.
